Wingels scored on a deflection in front 7:09 into the first period and Vlasic made it 2-0 at the 16:31 mark with a blast from above the left circle.
"The nice thing the guys are learning if they just stay the course and play the game the right way you're going to get certain results consistently," Hurricanes coach Kirk Muller said.
Harrison had the lone goal of the second period, midway through on a shot also from beyond the left circle.
Nash scored 4:54 into the third, and Jordan Staal moved the hosts ahead less than two minutes later by tapping the puck from the right side of the net past Stalock.
Braun equaled the contest at 9:35 on a one-timer from the high slot.
"I don't think we're playing with the energy we played with earlier in the year," Sharks coach Todd Mclellan said.
The home team has won nine of the last 12 meetings in this series ... Carolina winger Alexander Semin, who is nearing a return from a concussion, missed a 10th straight game on Friday.
