Insight: The Packers already promoted Ryan Pickett to the starting lineup knowing Jolly likely wasn't going to play much, or at all, this year. They also drafted Mike Neal and C.J. Wilson in this year's draft. It's a bit surprising that the NFL didn't wait for a conviction before handing down the suspension.

Description: Although the case against Jolly in possession of 200 g of codeine was dropped by the Harris County District Attorney's office, the case is expected to be refiled after lab technicians become proficient with a new piece of lab equipment that measures codeine.
