A transfer from USC, Wright played just nine games with the Rebels before opting to enter the NFL Draft with a year of eligibility remaining. A standout high school athlete, Wright earned playing time in USC's secondary as a redshirt freshman, earning All-Pac-10 Freshman honors after posting 33 tackles, two sacks, two interceptions and a fumble recovery in 13 games, with four starts...In nine games with UNLV in 2006, Wright recorded 29 tackles, with one fumble recovery and one INT...Career has been marred by off-the-field issues, including felony charges while at USC...Those charges were finally dropped and is off-field issues were finally resolved in 2005...An above-average athlete, with a solid frame and adequate agility...Physical in man-to-man coverage and possesses decent closing speed...Doesn't always play the man, and gambles a bit too much...Off-the-field issues will surely cost him in terms of draft status.
