An All-Pac-10 Conference First Team selection, Follett was also a semifinalist for the Chuck Bednarik Award which is given to the nation's top defensive player...Led the conference in tackles for loss with 23 as a senior and was fourth in the Pac-10 with 10.5 sacks, not to mention first in the league with five forced fumbles...Follett was third in the country in TFLs and tied for 17th in sacks as a senior in 2008...Earned All-Pac-10 Second Team recognition as a junior and was on the Butkus Watch List for the campaign as he logged 64 tackles and ranked first on the Cal roster with 12.5 sacks, even as he missed more than two games with a neck injury...Although he started only one game in 2006, Follett still managed to tie for the team lead with five and a half sacks and lead the squad with 12.5 TFLs...Finished four-year career with 245 tackles, 51 TFLs, 23.5 sacks and 13 forced fumbles.
