Insight: Well that ought to make Peyton Manning happy. The three-time Pro Bowler has started every game since the Broncos drafted him with the 12th overall pick back in 2008. Clady will receive $33 million in guaranteed money and his contact could be worth an extra five million if he reaches the Pro Bowl two or more times.

Insight: The two sides have been working on a deal since Clady was franchise-tagged in March. Previously, the Broncos had offered five years and $50 million so this new deal would pay Clady an additional half million a year.
