Insight: Pavelec allowed four goals on 27 shots, which is a .852 save percentage. In six of his 18 games, Pavelec has posted a save percentage below .900. Despite the struggles, he has improved in November. His save percentage this month is .930.

Insight: Price shut out the Jets even though Winnipeg finished with three more shots than Montreal did. Pavelec still turned in a decent game with a .923 save percentage.

Description: Jets goalie Ondrej Pavelec recorded his first shutout of the season on Saturday.
Insight: Pavelec actually clinched the shutout before the victory against the Rangers. Pavelec did not allow a goal in regulation or overtime, and thus had a shutout, but he had to better Henrik Lundqvist in the shootout to win. He stopped all four shots he faced in the shootout, and finally the Jets scored. Pavelec made 38 saves in the shutout.

Insight: He stopped 27-of-28 shots on goal, but fell in a shootout to the Devils. Pacelec is now 4-4-1 on the season.

Insight: He defeated Carolina, while stopping 21 shots on goal. Pavelec is not the best option at goalie, as Winnipeg will struggle to gets wins, all season long.

Description: Winnipeg goalie Ondrej Pavelec stopped 25-of-27 shots in Friday's 2-0 loss to Nashville.
Insight: He played well but was outdone by his counterpart, Pekka Rinne. Pavelec is a second goaltender on fantasy teams, at best, as he is playing for a team unlikely to make a playoff push.

Insight: He'll start Saturday's game in Los Angeles. Pavelec (20-24-6, 2.98 GAA) hasn't won a game since beating Nashville on March 1st.

Insight: Pavelec's 2.98 GAA and .902 SV% this season are extremely close to his career 2.98 GAA and .906 SV%. Al Montoya has outplayed him this season, posting a 2.18 GAA and a .924 SV%, and will start Wednesday.

Insight: Pavelec was expected to miss at least two games with the injury and this is No. 2. Al Montoya (7-2 win over Dallas on Sunday) should get another start with recently called up Michael Hutchinson as backup.

Insight: Pavelec (15-14-2, 2.75 GAA) isn't a great fantasy option but you could certainly do worse.

Insight: Pavelec was sidelined with the flu over the weekend and watched as Al Montoya shut out Ottawa to earn another start. However, Montoya left Tuesday's game with an injury and has been placed on injured reserve, leaving Pavelec with no discernible competition.

Insight: Pavelec has allowed 14 goals over his last three starts but the team won't turn to Al Montoya anytime soon after giving Pavelec a five-year contract in the offseason.

Insight: That will hurt the old GAA. Pavelec only gave up nine goals over his first four starts but he's let in 14 in 143 minutes over his last three. He shouldn't be used in any leagues until further notice.
