Description: Daniel Carcillo's first goal of the season couldn't have come at a better time. The goal gave Chicago a 3-2 lead with 50 seconds left in the game, extending the Blackhawks' record points streak to 24 games.
Insight: The goal was assisted by Viktor Stalberg and Marcus Kruger. It was Carcillo's first goal in almost 16 months (his last goal came against Edmonton on November 13, 2011).

Description: Blackhawks winger Daniel Carcillo seems recovered from his knee injury, but still hasn't returned to the ice.
Insight: Carcillo knows how to pile up penalty minutes, but has a limited scoring touch. Until he starts dressing on a regular basis he won't be a contributor to any fantasy rosters.

Description: The Chicago Tribune reports that Daniel Carcillo's knee injury will sideline him for the next month.
Insight: The Blackhawks left wing suffered the injury late in Saturday's victory over the defending champion L.A. Kings. Carcillo is only owned in about two percent of ESPN fantasy leagues so his absence shouldn't alter anything too drastically.

Description: Blackhawks left wing Daniel Carcillo suffered a leg injury late in Saturday's win over the Kings.
Insight: Carcillo was limited to just 28 games last season because of an ACL injury. He's never scored more than 13 goals in a single season and probably won't have much of an impact in fantasy.

10/30/2011 1:27:00 AM
Description: The NHL has suspended Dan Carcillo two games for his hit on Joni Pitkanen during Friday's game. TSN
Insight: The oft-suspended Carcillo has already been suspended twice this season. Nothing more needs to be said about the kind of player that he is.

8/8/2011 11:41:00 PM
Description: When asked about facing the Vancouver Canucks, Daniel Carcillo said that he didn't appreciate the team's style of play, specifically naming Maxim Lapierre, Raffi Torres, and Tanner Glass. TSN
Insight: The only problem is that Torres and Glass will not be playing for the Canucks next season. Mark the dates on your calendar when the Canucks face the Hawks, as Car-Bomb will likely be one of at least a few players who rack up the penalty minutes.

5/17/2011 3:19:00 PM
Description: Daniel Carcillo has been suspended for the first two games of next season for his actions during Game 4 against Boston. TSN
Insight: Carcillo was suspended for an incident outside of the officials' room during the first intermission and for his verbal conduct toward linesman Brian Murphy near the bench before the second period. Fantasy owners looking for help in the penalty minutes category in next season's draft can take note.

Description: According to Flyers GM Paul Holmgren, Daniel Carcillo will miss the next three weeks with a sprained knee. CSN Philly
Insight: Carcillo injured his knee during Monday's game against Ottawa. You'll need to look elsewhere for penalty minutes for the next few weeks.

7/13/2010 2:24:00 PM
Description: The Philadelphia Flyers have re-signed winger Dan Carcillo to a one-year contract. TSN
Insight: Carcillo recorded 22 points (12g-10a) and 207 penalty minutes in 76 games last season. One of the league's most hated players, Carcillo will record a ton of penalty minutes for fantasy teams while scoring a little, too.
