Description: Tom Pelissero of the Green Bay Press Gazette reports, via Twitter, that Packers' head coach Mike McCarthy thinks Harrell has "turned the corner" with his chronic back issues.
Insight: Harrell, the Packers' first round pick in 2007, has played in just 13 games over the past three seasons. He will need to stay healthy to have a chance to shed his label as a draft bust. (

Description: According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Packers' head coach Mike McCarthy said he expects Harrell (back) to be ready for the offseason program.
Insight: Harrell was a first-round pick in 2007, and has missed 35 of a possible 48 games in his career. He is looking more and more like a bust with each passing year. (

Description: Harrell reportedly could get moved from tackle to end as the Packers switch from a 4-3 defensive front to a 3-4.
Insight: Harrell would seem to have the right mix of size and athleticism to produce from the 3-4 end position. The key factor, though, will be whether he can get and stay healthy. He hasn't been able to in his first two pro seasons. (

Description: DT Justin Harrell will finally be active today for the first time this season following two off-season surgeries for herniated discs. The 2007 first-round pick could help out a run defense that has struggled so far and faces the Titans this afternoon, though it would be foolish to expect an immediate turnaround. (
