Description: Titans coach Jeff Fisher confirmed that Ryan Mouton, Jason McCourty, Tye Hill and Rod Hood will be competing for the starting corner job opposite Cortland Finnegan.
Insight: Hill hasn't had a decent season since his rookie campaign four years ago when he snagged 3 interceptions. He is probably only going to be used for depth, so avoid. (

Description: The Titans have signed Hill to a one year contract.
Insight: Hill has all of 2 interceptions over the past three years, so don't expect all that much from him. He'll be used for depth purposes only. (

Description: Judd Zulgad of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports, via Twitter, that the Vikings hosted Hill for a free agent visit on Monday.
Insight: Hill also reportedly visited with the Titans last week, but he wouldn't seem to help either team's need for a cornerback very much. (

Description: According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Falcons' head coach Mike Smith has declined to name a starting LCB for Week 9 against Washington.
Insight: Hill started last Monday night against New Orleans and struggled with cramps and covering Marques Colston, while Brent Grimes also struggled some but did make an acrobatic interception. If there was a week to start Redskins' WR Santana Moss, this is probably the one. (

Description: According to Jay Glazer of Fox Sports, via Twitter, the Atlanta Falcons acquired Hill from the St. Louis Rams in exchange for a seventh-round draft pick.
Insight: Hill could benefit from a change of scenery. He should compete for time in the Falcons' secondary immediately. Jonathan Wade will take over his starting job at RCB in St. Louis. (
