Insight: We'd still be hesitant to draft him more than an LB3 or even bench depth until he tests the leg in game action. It's encouraging though to see him ready to go. Jasper Brinkley should still most of the snaps until EJ is fully healthy.

Insight: EJ's recovery has been extremely impressive after the injury he suffered. Henderson is still an injury risk and can't be looked at as an LB1 in IDP leagues. Target him later in the draft and he could produce solid LB2 number.

Insight: If he shows that he's fully recovered from his injury during camp, and can avoid the PUP, he'll start making the slow move up IDP draft boards. He's no longer considered an LB1 but could be had cheaply this season and could provide some decent value.

Insight: Vikings' GM Rick Speilman is "hopeful" Henderson will be able to participate in offseason work, at least in some fashion.
