A highly accomplished receiver who received little national attention because he didn't play in what is considered a major conference...Despite a 5-11 and 185-pound frame, Dillard had 60 career total touchdowns and recorded 257 catches for 3,614 yards over the past three seasons alone...Long arms helps offset lack of idea height...Fundamentally sound receiver who runs great routes and rarely drops a pass...Similar to NFL great Marvin Harrison in that he seems to lull opponents to sleep and then accelerate into open space...Not a burner, Dillard will have some trouble outrunning NFL defensive backs...Notstrong enough to win many physical battles when the ball is up for grabs...Seems better suited to play the slot in the NFL than on the outside. |
