Dorsey was named an AP First Team All-American for the second time in his career in 2007, as he and the LSU Tigers worked their way to the BCS National Championship...One of the most decorated defenders in the history of LSU football, Dorsey captured four national awards during his senior campaign -- the Lombardi, Nagurski and Lott Awards, as well as the Outland Trophy...Dorsey, a First Team All-SEC selection and the winner of the SECDefensive Player of the Year Award as a senior, was a finalist for the Bednarik Award as well in 2007...After two seasons as a reserve with the Tigers (2004-05), Dorsey exploded onto the scene by helping LSU limit opponents to just 97.1 ypg rushing in 2006, helping him to earn First Team All-SEC recognition...Finished his career with 179 total tackles, 27 tackles for loss and 13 sacks...Dorsey has collected quite a bit of hardware over the last two seasons, despite playing through countless injuries (hamstring, back, knee), but it wasn't until recently that a stress fracture in his right leg from 2006 has raised issues for one of the most dynamic and likeable players in the college game this past season.
