Played in all 14 games for the Missouri Tigers as a senior, completing an incredible 72.9 percent of his pass attempts for 4,335 yards and 39 touchdowns, all of which ranked him among the best in the nation...Daniel, who averaged close to 310 ypg passing as a senior in 2008, was also tagged with 18 interceptions along the way, but had the luxury of throwing to the likes of Jeremy Maclin and Chase Coffman who combined to grab almost 200 balls for more than 2,000 yards and 23 TDs...A finalist for the Heisman Trophy, DaveyO'Brien, Walter Camp and Manning Awards as a junior in 2007, Daniel was the Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year as he threw for at least 300 yards in eight of 13 games...Daniel was fifth in the nation in completion percentage (.697) and passing yards (4,170) that season as well...Stepped into the starting position for Mizzou in 2006, in an attempt to follow the record-setting Brad Smith and he himself made a huge impact by establishing a new single-season school record for passing yards with 3,527, beating the old mark by more than 1,000 yards...For his efforts Daniel was named honorable mention All-Big 12 Conference, which was quite impressive given the other talent in the league at the quarterback position at the time...Putting up huge passing numbers was nothing new for Daniel, but given how often he did throw the ball, perhaps the fact that he's not afraid to break the pocket and make something happen with his feet is another positive that the pro scouts will have to take into account...Although he's thrown his share of interceptions, Daniel is fearless when it comes to trying to squeeze the ball into a tight spot.
