Insight: Incognito is now free to sign with any team of his choosing when he becomes a free agent next month. Following the Jonathan Martin bullying scandal, it's unlikely the former Pro-Bowler will be in high demand.

Insight: Martin's unpaid suspension has been reduced to two games. Overall, he was docked over $470,000 in salary. Martin, a Pro Bowler in 2012, was suspended last month for alleged bullying against teammate Jonathan Martin. Ted Wells, an independent arbitrator, is still finishing up his investigation.

Description: Miami guard Richie Incognito has been suspended indefinitely and may never play for the Dolphins again after allegedly harassing teammate Jonathan Martin with a threatening voicemail.
Insight: The transcript of the voicemail was released today and it is horrific. Martin, a second-year lineman out of Stanford, left the team last week after being bullied by teammates at the team's dining facility. Incognito has a history of questionable behavior both on and off the football field. The contents of Incognito's voicemail, which included a racial slur, are so damaging that USA Today's Tom Pelissero suspects he'll never play in the NFL again. Obviously, this ugly incident is far from being resolved and we'll keep you updated as we learn more.

Description: Omar Kelly of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel claims that Miami's offensive line is the team's "deepest unit", and "should serve as the strength of the 2010 Dolphins".
Insight: It's possible he's right, but the unit as a whole is not hugely impressive, so they have some proving to do. (

Description: Dolphins coach Tony Sparano raved about RG Richie Incognito's "fast-twitch" power.
Insight: The Dolphins are making sure that Chad Henne has some good offensive line support and Incognito should also provide a boost to the run game. (

Description: The St. Louis Rams' Twitter feed reported on Tuesday that the Rams have released Incognito.
Insight: Incognito picked up two personal foul penalties during last Sunday's game against Tennessee and had a heated exchange with head coach Steve Spagnuolo when he was taken out of the game. Due to his on-field hot headedness, it seems unlikely he will latch on with another team this season. (
