Description: The Rams have signed quarterback Brady Quinn, according to Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Insight: They also brought in QB Austin Davis. Kellen Clemens is expected to start Monday against the Seahawks after Sam Bradford suffered a torn ACL Sunday against the Panthers.

9/2/2013 1:07:00 PM
Description: The Jets signed quarterback Brady Quinn on Monday.
Insight: Graham Harrell was dropped in the corresponding roster move. Quinn was one of Seattle's final cuts on Saturday. He's unlikely to help the Jets or any fantasy teams in 2013.

4/11/2013 10:55:00 AM
Description: Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports that the Seahawks have signed quarterback Brady Quinn to a new contract.
Insight: Quinn actually started a few games for Kansas City last season but that won't happen in 2013 unless Russell Wilson suffers some kind of an injury. This probably isn't quite the career trajectory Quinn had been hoping for when he entered the league as a first round pick in 2007 but at least he's still getting a paycheck.

11/18/2012 3:09:00 PM
Description: Kansas City QB Brady Quinn has come on to replace starter Matt Cassel.
Insight: Cassel struggled during the first half, completing just eight of 16 passes for 93 yards. He also fumbled the ball once. Since coming in Quinn is 3-for-4 for 30 yards. Neither player has committed a turnover yet, though the Chiefs are trailing the Bengals 21-6 midway through the third quarter.

10/29/2012 4:05:00 PM
Description: Kansas City quarterback Brady Quinn, who left the game against Oakland in the second quarter with a head injury, was not at the Chiefs facility on Monday according to beat writer Dave Skretta.
Insight: With Kansas City scheduled to play Thursday against San Diego, it appears that Matt Cassel will be the Chiefs' starter.

10/28/2012 4:59:00 PM
Description: Kansas City quarterback Brady Quinn left the game against Oakland in the second quarter with a head injury.
Insight: Quinn was 2-of-4 for a lone yard and one interception in his short appearance.

10/22/2012 4:20:00 PM
Description: Brady Quinn will continue to be the Chiefs' starting quarterback even after Matt Cassel returns from injury.
Insight: This move is a bit of a headscratcher considering how bad Quinn looked last week against a mediocre Buccaneers team (two INT, 48.1 QB rating). Cassel seems to have fallen out of favor with the Kansas City fanbase so at the very least this move should boost team morale going forward.

5/30/2012 1:03:00 PM
Description: Chiefs quarterback Brady Quinn has the early edge to win the backup role to Matt Cassel.
Insight: Quinn is fighting with second-year quarterback Ricky Stansi. Considering that Cassel hasn't played a full 16-game schedule since 2008 in New England, the position could have handcuff value.

3/18/2012 10:17:00 AM
Description: Brady Quinn has signed with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Insight: Quinn will be the backup in Kansas City, a role he became used to during his time in Denver. Quinn hasn't even thrown a pass in an NFL game since 2009 and we wouldn't expect him to throw any in 2012 unless Matt Cassel gets hurt again.

5/13/2011 10:46:00 AM
Description: With so much talk in Denver this offseason about whether Tim Tebow or Kyle Orton will be the Broncos' starter, a third contender has been largely overlooked: Brady Quinn. SOURCE: PRO FOOTBALL TALK
Insight: Chris Mortensen said on ESPN Radio this morning that Broncos front office boss John Elway and head coach John Fox have both told him that Quinn has a real chance of earning the starting job in Denver. 'I can tell you unequivocally that if you talk to John Elway and John Fox,' Mortensen said, 'they will tell you emphatically that Brady Quinn is absolutely in the mix in terms of the competition for the starting job. They are not handing it to Tim Tebow. They are not handing it to Kyle Orton."

6/12/2010 6:45:00 PM
Description: Coach Josh McDaniels is leaning toward keeping only two quarterbacks active on game days this season.
Insight: What that means is that, unless Orton gets traded at some point, Quinn will probably be the guy who sits because the Broncos want to use Tim Tebow is Wildcat formations. It could be an even longer wait for Brady. (Sportsbuff.com)

5/19/2010 3:16:00 PM
Description: Brady Quinn is working with the second-team offense, behind Kyle Orton, at Broncos voluntary passing camp.
Insight: The odds remain good that Quinn should start at some point this season. If Kyle Orton gets traded as the rumors currently flying around suggest, then it will be sooner rather than later. (sportsBuff.com)

5/5/2010 9:59:00 PM
Description: Profootballtalk.com is hearing from sources with knowledge of the situation that the Broncos would "never" trade Brady Quinn.
Insight: While it's hard to believe that "never" would be an option, the Broncos are enamored with Quinn's skill set. He could very well end up starting at some point this season, making him an intriguing bench stash for fantasy. (SportsBuff.com)

5/4/2010 8:01:00 PM
Description: Responding to a report that the Jaguars are interested in a potential trade for Brady Quinn, the Broncos said Tuesday that they have "no interest in letting go of" the quarterback.
Insight: This rumor appears to be a figment of someone's imagination. The Broncos like Quinn and will be keeping him. (SportsBuff.com)

5/2/2010 6:30:00 PM
Description: NFL Network's Mike Lombardi believes Brady Quinn will get a chance to compete for the starting job in Denver.
Insight: Kyle Orton is a decent quarterback but Quinn could definitely see some time if the starter falters. None of the Denver quarterbacks are a great fantasy bet, though. (SportsBuff.com)

3/14/2010 7:14:00 PM
Description: Quinn was traded to the Broncos in exchange for Peyton Hillis and a couple of late round picks.
Insight: Not a bad spot at all for Quinn as the Broncos are far from settled with Kyle Orton as their quarterback. The change of scenery could do wonders for the youngster, so consider drafting him for your bench this summer. (sportsBuff.com)

3/14/2010 1:43:00 AM
Description: Charles Chandler of the Charlotte Observer reports the Panthers have yet to show any interest in trading for Quinn.
Insight: With the signing of Jake Delhomme and the recent acquisition of Seneca Wallace, Quinn is almost certain to be dealt before training camp. The Panthers may want a more seasoned veteran to backup or compete with Matt Moore. (SportsBuff.com)

3/10/2010 7:38:00 PM
Description: No less an authority than ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that Cleveland is trying to trade Quinn.
Insight: It's uncertain what exactly the Browns think they'll get for him. However, it would serve them right if he somehow caught fire with another team as they have wrecked his development. (SportsBuff.com)

3/6/2010 11:37:00 AM
Description: Quinn?s name has surfaced in trade rumors according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
Insight: Quinn has been a disappointment, for sure, but it?s not like the Browns surrounded him with elite talent, either. His fantasy value would be tied to wherever he ends up, but don?t expect very much. (SportsBuff.com)

2/17/2010 9:07:00 AM
Description: Fox Sports reports that Browns coach Eric Mangini is not a very big fan of Quinn.
Insight: Quinn was replaced last season by Derek Anderson as he has not given any reason for Mangini to believe he should be the starting quarterback. (SportsBuff.com)
