The top scorer in the history of San Diego State and the Mountain West Conference (2,189 points), Heath became just the third SDSU player since 1979 to earn All-Conference First Team honors twice in their career...Finished college career with the Aztecs by scoring in double figures in 33 straight games, placing second in the MWC in scoring overall with 19.3 ppg...Heath was also second on SDSU this past season in both assists (120) and steals (64) after playing close to 37 minutes per game for head coach Steve Fisher...On a squad that shot just 34.6 percent from three-point range, he was 87-of-247 (.352), giving him more than twice as many three-point baskets than his closest teammate... Following a junior campaign in which he led the conference in scoring (18.4 ppg), was named the MWC Player of the Year and an AP honorable Mention All-American, Heath put his name in for the 2006 NBA Draft but decided to return to SDSU for his final season instead...A clutch player down the stretch, Heath demands to have the ball in his hands in order to dictate the action, which often means he`ll be the one to take the crucial shot...Far from a pure point guard, he has to learn how to be a facilitator first and a scorer second if he is going to fill that role at the pro level.
