Insight: The Blazers have already locked up the No. 5 seed and have nothing to gain from winning Wednesday night's contest against the Clippers. It might be in Portland's best interest to rest Williams (9.7 ppg, 4.3 apg) and some of the team's other important players with the postseason only a few days away.
