Phoenix Suns (8-7) at Utah Jazz (2-14), 9 p.m.

(SportsNetwork.com) - The Phoenix Suns seem to have righted the ship following a four-game losing streak and will start a home-and-home series Friday against the Utah Jazz in Salt Lake City.

The Suns have prevailed in three of their last four games and are coming off Wednesday's 120-106 home victory over the streaking Portland Trail Blazers. Goran Dragic pumped in 31 points on 10-of-18 shooting and handed out 10 assists, while Channing Frye recorded 25 points.

Markieff Morris and Marcus Morris scored 19 and 15 points, respectively, for the Suns, who ended Portland's 11-game winning streak and shot 51.9 percent from the floor. The Suns overcame a 16-point deficit in the first half and later outscored the Blazers by a 48-19 margin.

"Sometimes there's a team that maybe matchups create a little bit of a problem," Suns coach Jeff Hornacek said. "With our point guards, we run a lot of pick and rolls so we make those guys have to guard the pick and rolls. Defensively our guys, we know not to let these guys get 3-point shots. That's a big part of their game, so they were just focused."

Frye is averaging 18.8 points and 6.8 rebounds in his last four games and Dragic registered the second 30-point, 10-assist game in his career.

Utah ended a six-game losing streak with Monday's 89-83 overtime victory versus the Chicago Bulls.

Marvin Williams scored 17 points with nine rebounds, while Richard Jefferson and Gordon Hayward scored 15 points apiece for the Jazz, who scored 11 of the 16 points in the extra period. All five starters for Utah scored in double figures.

"Richard and Marvin I thought did a tremendous job of just keeping everybody going and focused on what we needed to do, to close the game out," said Utah head coach Tyrone Corbin.

Hayward added 12 assists, Trey Burke scored 14 points and Derrick Favors finished with 10 points in the win.

The Jazz are still 2-14 on the season, but have been getting solid contributions from the bench. Utah's reserves are averaging 39.0 points per game in the past five contests.

Utah center Enes Kanter (ankle) is questionable and hasn't played since Nov. 24 against Oklahoma City.

Phoenix handed the Jazz an 87-84 loss on Nov. 11 and has still lost four of the past six matchups in this series. The Suns have lost three in a row in Salt Lake City, last winning there April 4, 2012.
