Draft picks: 1st round (22nd overall)

(SportsNetwork.com) - The Memphis Grizzlies have endured a weird offseason thus far.
CEO Jason Levien left and owner Robert Pera flirted with firing coach Dave Joerger, then ultimately they agreed the head man would stay, and finally, Pera granted Joerger an extension.
Looming through the confusion is the status of free agent Zach Randolph. Rest assured, the Grizzlies are trying to negotiate an extension with the All-Star forward.
Also lost in the disarray is the fact that Memphis is a really good team. The Grizz took the Oklahoma City Thunder to seven games in the first round of the playoffs.
Assuming Randolph is back, the Grizzlies need a massive upgrade at the small- forward position. Tayshaun Prince is on the back nine of his career, so someone like T.J. Warren from North Carolina State fits. He's a prolific scorer and his defensive deficiencies can be overcome by the defensive strength of the rest of the Memphis roster.
The Grizzlies need more shooting, as well. Washington's C.J. Wilcox is an option on that front. P.J. Hairston of North Carolina via the D-League is another strong spot-up shooter.
If Randolph opts out and leaves Memphis, Cleanthony Early from Wichita State would be a perfect fit. Like Randolph, Early can do almost everything on the floor and is one of the big sleepers in this draft. He might not even be available at No. 22.
