Insight: Cecil has struggled to start the year so the demotion was not totally unexpected. Assuming he pitches well in the minors do not be surprised if he is back up in 2-3 weeks. If you play in an AL-only league and have the room on your bench hang onto Cecil.

Insight: Cecil struggled with his velocity in spring training and hasn't looked good at the start of the regular season. He has difficult matchups coming up, including a start at Boston next week. He can be waived in shallow leagues.
