Insight: No injury, just a day of rest for the catcher, who has played 29 games this season, batting .263 with four homers and 11 RBI. His 36 strikeouts in 95 at-bats is a little concerning, but catchers with an .828 OPS are hard to come by.

Description: According to Jon Heyman from CBS Sports, trade talk surrounding catcher Jarrod Saltalamacchia has heated up now that the Red Sox have signed Mike Napoli.
Insight: With Napoli, David Ross, Ryan Lavarnway and Saltalamacchia on the team, Boston now has four catchers on its roster. Somebody has to go and all signs are pointing to Salty after his disappointing second half (.200, 67 K's in 175 AB).
