Lee (0-3, 3.48) didn't warm up prior to the initial start time because it was raining, but the rain stopped falling for a brief period and a new start time was set for 8:45 p.m. ET. Lee went to the bullpen and threw warm-up pitches before the rain started coming down again. | Insight: The left-hander, who is still without a win this season, will start the second game of the doubleheader Sunday. One run was looking like it was going to be enough until rookie Elian Herrera hit a two-out, two-run double off the left field wall, just out of the reach of Juan Pierre. With a K/9 of 9.2 and a WHIP of 1.01 to go along with his low ERA, Lee remains a valuable fantasy commodity despite the lack of victories. | | |

The Phillies lost 10-5 but Lee didn't factor into the decision. | Insight: It wasn't a vintage Cliff Lee performance but it wasn't bad for a guy who hasn't pitched in the major leagues in almost a month. Lee probably could have gone deeper into the game but the coaching staff limited him to just 84 pitches in this outing.
