Description: Astros starter Dallas Keuchel pitched eight innings and allowed just one run but received a no-decision on Monday versus the Rangers.
Insight: Texas scored on Astros reliever Chad Qualls in the ninth to win, 2-1. Keuchel, however, has still been unbelievable this season. He is 3-0 with a 0.80 ERA, 0.76 WHIP and 30 strikeouts in 45 innings this season.

Description: Astros starter Dallas Keuchel pitched extremely well again as he beat the Padres, 7-2, on Wednesday.
Insight: Houston was leading, 3-1, in the ninth when they added four runs, so no need to stretch Keuchel out for the complete game with a sizable lead. He allowed just one run on three hits, four strikeouts and no walks in eight innings. Keuchel is 3-0 this season.

Insight: Keuchel outdueled the reigning AL Cy Young award winner Corey Kluber. Keuchel had four strikeouts and three walks. He should be able to produce better numbers with the Astros adding offense this offseason, but he still doesn't get that many strikeouts. He had 146 K's in 200 innings in 2014.

Description: Astros starter Dallas Keuchel continued his strong month on Saturday.
Insight: He went eight innings of one-run ball, striking out eight and lowering his ERA to 2.93. Keuchel received run support early, and he coasted to defeat Seattle, improving his record to 12-9. He has been somewhat of a sleeper this year.

Description: Astros starter Dallas Keuchel threw seven innings, allowed two runs on five hits, struck out three and walked two in a no-decision against the Rangers on Saturday.
Insight: So Keuchel was not traded like we thought he might be at the deadline. He is stuck in Houston for now, and he has little fantasy value for now. He has gone at least seven inning in seven of his last eight starts, but he has just one victory.
7/30/2014 4:50:00 PM
Description: Astros starter Dallas Keuchel threw a complete game four-hitter in an 8-1 win over the Athletics Wednesday afternoon.
Insight: Keuchel could be a trade target for contenders and he showed how valuable he can be by shutting down one of the top offenses in the league. The left-handed ground-ball artist has a 2.97 ERA, a 1.22 WHIP and 104 Ks in 136 1/3 innings.
7/25/2014 11:12:00 PM
Description: Astros starter Dallas Keuchel threw his best start since June 11 Friday against the Marlins.
Insight: Keuchel (9-7, 3.11 ERA, 1.26 WHIP) was due for a rough patch after starting out 8-3 with a 2.38 ERA, but it lasted longer than we would have liked. He had a 6.07 ERA over his previous five starts before holding Miami to two unearned runs over seven innings (7/0 K/BB, 9 H).
7/4/2014 10:18:00 AM
Description: Astros starter Dallas Keuchel is probable for Friday's scheduled start against the LA Angels while dealing with left wrist inflammation.

Description: Astros starter Dallas Keuchel looked like he was on a mission Wednesday against the Diamondbacks.
Insight: In eight innings, Keuchel gave up just four hits and one earned run. He's now won six of his last seven starts, compiling an absurd 1.33 ERA during that stretch. An unknown at the start of the season, Keuchel is now owned in all ESPN fantasy leagues.

Description: Astros left-hander Dallas Keuchel fired his first career shutout Tuesday against the Rangers.

Description: Houston lefthander Dallas Keuchel threw seven shutout innings Sunday in a no-decision against the Blue Jays.
Insight: Keuchel (5-7, 4.82 ERA) had been in line for the win but as usual, the Astros bullpen let the lead slip away in the ninth inning. The 25-year-old has lasted seven innings or longer in two out of his last three starts.
6/23/2012 7:01:00 PM
Description: Astros starter Dallas Keuchel picked up his first career win in a complete game effort Saturday against Cleveland. Keuchel held the Indians to one run on six hits in nine innings in his second career start. He walked one and struck out three.
Insight: Keuchel tossed five innings of one-run ball against the Rangers in his first career start last week. He did walk four in that start, but he walked just 15 batters in 80 1/3 innings at Triple-A Oklahoma this season so he likely won't be issuing too many free passes. He also doesn't strike out many batters either, so his value will be limited to NL-only leagues for now.
