Insight: He will likely still miss Game 1, but it is a positive sign in hopes of getting Conley back for Game 2.

Description: Clippers point guard Chris Paul toughed out an early hamstring injury, and played the role of hero to help Los Angeles advance to the Western Conference Semifinals.
Insight: Paul came up lame at the end of the first quarter, but after receiving treatment, he was able to get through the game. While he clearly struggled at times, it was Paul who hit the game-winner with one second left in the game. He finished with 27 points, six dimes, two rebounds, two steals, one block, and one turnover. Paul should be in the lineup for Game 1 against Houston, but owners should expect him to be under 100 percent.

Insight: Hamilton has no fantasy value even when healthy.

Description: Clippers point guard Chris Paul had a huge second half to carry Los Angeles to a, 102-96, victory over the Spurs in Game 6 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals on Thursday.
Insight: The victory forces a Game 7 on Saturday. Paul scored 15 of his 19 points on the night in the second half. Paul also had 15 assists, four rebounds, and four steals. This is clearly been the best series of the first round, and it is a shame that either the Spurs or the Clippers will be going home on Saturday.

Description: Spurs G/F Marco Belinelli was specutacular in Game 6 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals versus the Clippers, but it wasn't enough as Los Angeles won, 102-96.
Insight: Belinelli was 7-for-12 from the field, hitting seven 3-pointers. He led the team with 23 points. The loss forces a Game 7, which will be in Los Angeles on Saturday.

Description: Bucks guard Giannis Antetokounmpo was ejected from Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals versus the Bulls.
Insight: It was just an ugly, ugly game for Milwaukee. Antetokounmpo checked into Mike Dunleavy on a 3-point shot and received a flagrant 2 and ejection. The "Greak Freak" played 15 minutes and shot 2-for-6, finishing with five points. Milwaukee lost, 120-66.

Description: Bulls small forward Mike Dunleavy hit four 3-pointers in the, 120-66, victory over the Bucks in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals.
Insight: With such a wide margin, Dunleavy only played 28 minutes and shot 5-for-7 from the field, including 4-of-6 from the 3-point line. He also had six free throws, five assists, four rebounds and one steal. Chicago advances to the next round to face the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Description: Hawks point guard Jeff Teague is probable for Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Quaterfinals Friday against Brooklyn while dealing with a sprained right ankle.
Insight: He went to the locker room in the third quarter, but did return. Hopefully it doesn't swell up overnight.

Description: Nets guard Jarrett Jack had an incredible Game 5 in the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals versus the Hawks on Wednesday.
Insight: At one point, Jack scored 12 straight points in the fourth quarter that helped Brooklyn get without one point of a tie. Jack finished with 18 points, six assists, four rebounds and two steals. He was 7-for-13 from the field, but Brooklyn still lost, 107-97.

Insight: On a rather slow news day, we decided to state the obvious. Rondo and Mavericks have mutually decided to part ways. He will be a free agent, with the Lakers being one of the interested parties, albeit at a discounted price.

Insight: He shot 9-of-19 from the field, 5-of-6 from the line, and 4-of-8 from downtown. Harden also managed eight assists, one rebound, one steal, one block, but did have six turnover as well.

Insight: He almost recorded a triple-double with nine assists and eight boards as well. MCW also had three blocks, one steal, four turnovers and shot 10-of-15 from the floor and 2-of-2 from the line.

Insight: Williams came up huge in an OT win by scoring 35 points, seven assists, five rebounds, three steals, and two turnovers. Amazingly, he knocked down seven 3-pointers on the night as well.

Insight: Conley was ruled out for Game 4 earlier in the day, and now the news has broken that he will need surgery. There is no timetable for his return, but Russell Westrbook had a similar procedure earlier this season and missed just one game.

Insight: Irving was 8-for-19 from the field, hitting two 3-pointers. He also had three assists, one steal and one block. Irving looks just fine despite having no previous playoff experience.

Insight: Thomas was just 4-for-17 overall, including 1-of-7 from the 3-point line, but he was 12-for-12 at the line as he led Boston in scoring. He also had nine assists, five rebounds and one steal.

Description: Cavaliers guard J.R. Smith received an ejection in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals versus the Celtics on Sunday.
Insight: Smith and Celtics forward Jae Crowder got into it, and Smith received a Flagrant 2 foul. Smith could be looking at a suspension, which means he might miss the beginning of the next series.

Description: Warriors guard Stephen Curry hit six 3-pointers and scored 39 points in the, 109-98, victory over the Pelicans in Game 4 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals on Saturday. Golden State won the series, 4-0.
Insight: Curry shot 11-for-20 overall, and 6-of-8 from the 3-point line. He nearly had a triple-double with nine assists and eight rebounds too. Golden State will either play Memphis or Portland in the next round.

Description: Bucks guard O.J. Mayo led Milwaukee with 18 points as the Bucks beat the Bulls, 92-90, in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals on Saturday.
Insight: Mayo came off the bench and hit six field goals, four of which were 3-pointers, in 24 minutes. Mayo also had four assists, four steals and three rebounds. Despite the victory, Chicago still leads the series, 3-0.

Description: Bulls shooting guard Jimmy Butler scored 33 points to nearly lead Chicago to a comeback victory in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals against the Bucks.
Insight: Milwaukee outplayed Chicago in the first half, but Butler kept the Bulls in the game and hit a three-pointer at the buzzer to tie the score at half time. In addition to the 33 points, he also had seven rebounds, three steals, two assists and a block, but Milwaukee hit its own buzzer beat to win the game, 92-90. Chicago leads the series, though, 3-1.

Description: Bucks backup guard Jerryd Bayless hit the game-winning shot at the buzzer to win Game 4 for Milwaukee, 92-90, over the Chicago Bulls in the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals on Saturday.
Insight: Bayless and the Milwaukee bench was huge for the Buck in Game 4, scoring 47 points, which was more than the Milwaukee starters. Bayless finished with 10 points and five assists. Chicago, however, still leads the series, 3-1.

Insight: Afflalo has been dealing with shoulder issues, but practiced this week. The Blazers need his outside shooting to open up the floor.

Insight: A solid bench player averaging 7.7 ppg, 1.8 rpg, 2.8 apg, Udrih's minutes will force Mike Conley to play more minutes while even Nick Calathes might see a few minutes.

Insight: Given his lengthy injury history it's still no guarantee. he averaged 14.8 ppg, 3.4 rpg, 6.9 apg, 1.6 spg this season over 40 games, but the team played just as well with Tyreke Evans as the lead point guard.

Insight: He shot 6-of-11 from the field, 4-of-4 from the line, and 2-of-3 from downtown. Conley also had six dimes, one rebound, one steal, and two turnovers in 29 minutes of action. Courtney Lee also had a team-high 18 points.

Insight: Williams scored just two points on 1-of-7 shooting from the field, and missed a wide open baseline jumper that would have tied the game with under 30 seconds left. He also had 10 boards, eight assists, two steals, and three turnovers.

Description: Mavericks point guard Rajon Rondo (back) is out indefinitely.
Insight: It is being reported he sustained a back injury in Game 2, but we feel it does deeper than that. The Rondo-Dallas experiment has not gone according to plan, and we may have seen him in a Mavericks' uniform for the final time.

Description: Mavericks point guard Rajon Rondo will not return to Dallas next season if Rick Carlisle remains the Mavericks head coach according to Yahoo Sports.
Insight: No surprise here. Rondo hit rock bottom with the Mavericks in Game 2 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals, playing just 10 minutes, scoring four points and committing four fouls. Rondo in Dallas has been a disaster from the start, and it would be very surprising if owner Mark Cuban chose him over a championship winning coach.

Insight: Harden was just 5-for-17 from the field, but also 13-of-13 at the line. He is averaging 24.0 ppg through the first two games of the series. Houston leads the series, 2-0.

Description: Mavericks guard Monta Ellis led Dallas with 24 points in the Game 2 loss to the Rockets in the Western Conference Quarterfinals on Tuesday.
Insight: Dallas offense was all out of wack in Game 2. Ellis didn't shoot well, though, going 8-for-23 from the field, including 2-of-8 from downtown. He also had five rebounds, three assists and one block. Ellis needs to take fewer shots, and Dallas needs more from Dirk Nowitzki and Rajon Rondo, who only played 10 minutes on Tuesday because of foul trouble.

Insight: Beal and John Wall had incredible games as both scored more than 25 points. At one point, Washingto led by 21 points. Beal also had five rebounds, two assists and a steal.

Description: Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan had 20 points, seven assists and four rebounds in the loss to the Wizards on Tuesday in the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals.
Insight: DeRozan was really the only Raptors player to have a decent night. Toronto lost again at home, 117-106. The series moves to Washington with the Raptors trailing, 2-0.

Insight: The Wizards outscored the Raptors, 71-44, in the second and third quarters. He shot 50 percent from the field with one rebound, one steal and one block too. Washington leads the series, 2-0.

Description: Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving had 26 points, six assists and five rebounds in Game 2 versus the Celtics in the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals on Tuesday.
Insight: Irving was 8-for-18 from the field, including 3-of-8 from the 3-point line. He also had a block. Irving is averaging 28.0 ppg in his first two playoff games, and Cleveland leads the series, 2-0. So much for the Cleveland's lack of playoff experience being an issue.

Insight: Evans (16.6 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 6.6 apg) will be a game-time decision after saying he still couldn't run at full speed. Jrue Holiday and Norris Cole woukld see huge increases in playing time if Evans can't run.
