Forward Player Notes
For The Last 15 Days

Nikola Mirotic, F, CHI3/5/2015 11:02:00 PM
Description: Bulls forward Nikola Mirotic has been the biggest beneficiary of Derrick Rose and Jimmy Butler missing time.
Insight: Mirotic scored 26 points in the victory over the Thunder. He has scored at least 23 points and grabbed at least eight rebounds in the last three games. If owners need scoring and rebounding, go pickup Mirotic right now.
Kevin Durant, F, OKC3/5/2015 6:17:00 PM
Description: Thunder star small forward Kevin Durant's foot has improved, but he still will not play on Thursday versus the Bulls.
Insight: Durant went through some shooting drills Thursday morning and looked good. He, however, still has no return date. Until then, the masked assassin, Russell Westbrook, should continue to dominate the NBA.
Paul George, SF, IND3/5/2015 5:31:00 PM
Description: Pacers forward Paul George did not give NBA.com a date for his return when asked about it on Thursday.
Insight: "I said I was hopeful after two weeks of working out that I'd be in game-playing shape, but there's still no deadline." The good news is George hasn't felt any pain while practicing. We will continue to track George's progress. In deeper leagues, he is a must-stash player.
Kris Humphries, F, WAS3/5/2015 2:21:00 PM
Description: Wizards power forward Kris Humphries will not play on Thursday versus the Heat due to a groin issue.
Insight: Humphries will be missing his third straight game. Nene and Marcin Gortat will see an uptick in value with Drew Gooden and Kevin Seraphin now filling in behind them.

Description: Golden State forward Draymond Green was all over the play Wednesday night with a team-high 23 points, 12 rebounds, five assists three steals and three blocks.

LaMarcus Aldridge, F, POR3/5/2015 9:22:00 AM
Description: Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge didn't shoot very well, but when you take 30 shots you are going to put up numbers.
Insight: Aldridge hit just 12 of the 30 shots for 29 points and nine rebounds. Considering he has two bad thumbs, its a miracle he plays at this high a level.
Nicolas Batum, F, PORHot3/5/2015 9:19:00 AM
Description: Trail Blazers small forward Nicolas Batum was the star of overtime, dishing assists and scoring as Portland outlasted the Clippers 98-93.

Insight: Davis was 17-for-30 from the field with 13 rebounds. He also had eight blocks, three steals and two assists. Davis has cooled off and been hurt lately, but he has the potential for these types of games every single night.
Danilo Gallinari, F, DEN3/4/2015 10:32:00 PM
Description: Nuggets forward Danilo Gallinari had 16 points in the, 100-85, victory over the Timberwolves on Wednesday.
Insight: Gallinari was 5-of-10 from the field, including 3-for-6 from the 3-point line. He also had five rebounds, three assists and a steal.

Zach Randolph, F, MEM3/4/2015 10:19:00 PM
Description: Memphis power forward Zach Randolph had 15 points, eight rebounds and six assists in the, 102-100, victory over the Rockets on Wednesday.
Insight: Randolph has cooled off since his hot January as he averaged just 14.4 ppg in February. He has averaged 10.5 ppg in the last two games. It is more likely Randolph stays at his current pace as opposed to returning to his January numbers.
LeBron James, F, CLE3/4/2015 10:12:00 PM
Description: Cavaliers forward LeBron James had a double-double with 29 points and 14 assists versus the Raptors on Wednesday.
Insight: James was 9-of-16 from the field, including 3-for-6 from the 3-point line. He also had six rebounds. James has been playing great, averaging 33.8 ppg, 7.0 apg, 7.0 rpg, 2.3 spg, and 1.3 bpg in his last four games.

Insight: Unfortunately, the Knicks still lost by 23. Bargnani had four assists, four rebounds, two blocks and a steal as well.
Robert Covington, F, PHI3/4/2015 7:27:00 PM
Description: 76ers forward Robert Covington is out on Wednesday versus the Thunder with an elbow injury.
Insight: Covington should return this weekend, but with the 76ers track record of sitting players, it would be all that surprising if he sits again. JaKarr Sampson will start until Covington returns to the court.
Anthony Davis, PF, NOP3/4/2015 7:05:00 PM
Description: Pelicans forward Anthony Davis will play versus the Pistons on Wednesday and will not have a minutes restirction according to Fox Sports.
Insight: Davis aggravated his shoulder and missed five games. He may be a bit rusty, but Davis has to be in every fantasy lineup.
Tobias Harris, F, ORL3/4/2015 5:45:00 PM
Description: Magic small forward Tobias Harris is questionable for Wednesday's game versus the Suns.
Insight: Harris just can't get over this knee injury. He was limited in practice on Tuesday and is a game-time decision. If he doesn't play, Aaron Gordon, Nikola Vucevic and Victor Oladipo will see more opportunities.
Zach Randolph, F, MEM3/4/2015 3:07:00 PM
Description: Memphis power forward Zach Randolph (illness) is probable for Wednesday's contest against Houston.
Insight: He missed Tuesday's game, but looks ready to roll on Wednesday. Randolph needs to be active everywhere, even if he is not 100 percent.
Gordon Hayward, G/F, UTA3/3/2015 11:15:00 PM
Description: Utah small forward Gordon Hayward scored a team-high 21 points during Tuesday's win against the Grizzlies.

Paul Millsap, F, ATL3/3/2015 11:12:00 PM
Description: Hawks forward Paul Millsap went for 16 points and 14 rebounds during Tuesday's victory against the Rockets.
Insight: He also had four dimes, two steals, one block, and two turnovers, while shooting 6-of-16 from the floor and 4-of-4 from the line. Millsap is a top-20 player in standard leagues.
Terrence Jones, F, HOU3/3/2015 11:11:00 PM
Description: Rockets forward Terrence Jones continued his strong play since returning from injury.
Insight: Jones missed over 40 games with a leg injury, but was a top-25 option before the injury. He went 8-of-11 for 18 points, eight rebounds, two assists, three blocks, and one turnover during Tuesday's loss to Hawks, and simply needs to active everywhere.
Rudy Gay, F, SAC3/3/2015 10:06:00 PM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay had a productive outing on Tuesday night.
Insight: He shot 9-of-15 from the field, 4-of-5 from the line, and 3-of-4 from downtown in a win over the Knicks. Gay totaled 25 points, seven rebounds, four assists, one steal, and two turnovers.
LeBron James, F, CLE3/3/2015 10:00:00 PM
Description: Cavaliers forward LeBron James put in a team-high 27 points during Tuesday's blowout victory over Boston.
Insight: James also recorded five dimes, three boards, three steals, one block, and one turnover. He is playing his best basketball of the season, and is firmly in the MVP discussion.
Brandon Bass, F, BOS3/3/2015 9:58:00 PM
Description: Celtics forward Brandon Bass scored a team-high 15 points during Tuesday's 110-79 loss to the Cavaliers.

Kenneth Faried, F, DEN3/3/2015 9:56:00 PM
Description: Nuggets power forward Kenneth Faried started during Tuesday's victory and posted a double-double.
Insight: Faried should benefit from former head coach Brian Shaw being fired, as his rotation was very unpredictable. Faried finished with 14 points, 14 boards, two blocks, and one turnover, while shooting 5-of-10 from the field and 4-of-5 from the line.
Ersan Ilyasova, F, MIL3/3/2015 9:53:00 PM
Description: Bucks power forward Ersan Ilyasova scored a team-high 21 points during Tuesday's loss to the Nuggets.

Zach Randolph, F, MEM3/3/2015 7:39:00 PM
Description: Memphis power forward Zach Randolph (illness) will not play on Tuesday night.
Insight: Randolph apparently cannot shake the illness and will be forced to miss a game. Beno Udrih is also sidelined with the same issue. Jon Leuer and Kosta Koufos will see a bump in value.
Anthony Davis, PF, NOP3/3/2015 4:36:00 PM
Description: Pelicans forward Anthony Davis (shoulder) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Pistons.
Insight: This is a positive sign, as the status is an upgrade. Alexis Ajinca's value will take a massive hit once Davis returns. Stay tuned.
Jared Dudley, F, MIL3/3/2015 2:34:00 PM
Description: Bucks forward Jared Dudley (sore knee) is probable for Tuesday's game against Denver.
Insight: Dudley injured his kneecap, which is something he injured last season. Dudley has very little fantasy value averaging 7.9 ppg, 3.1 rpg, 1.8 apg, 1.0 spg.
Nick Young, G/F, LAL3/3/2015 2:30:00 PM
Description: Lakers guard/forward Nick Young (knee) will be a game-time decision.
Insight: He is officially questionable, but Young did not practice Tuesday, so it's not looking very good. Young has missed three straight games.
Markieff Morris, F, PHO3/2/2015 9:58:00 PM
Description: Suns power forward Markieff Morris was ejected after a flagrant 2 foul on Monday night.
Insight: He committed a rough foul on Goran Dragic that deserved the call. Morris had 13 points, five boards, one assist, and one 3-pointer in 22 minutes of action.
DeMar DeRozan, G/F, TOR3/2/2015 9:22:00 PM
Description: Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan was fantastic during Monday's victory against the 76ers.
Insight: He went 12-of-24 from the floor and 10-of-10 from the line for 35 points, nine rebounds, five assists, one 3-pointer, two steals, and two turnovers. DeRozan is still ranked outside the top 130 however.
Robert Covington, F, PHI3/2/2015 7:02:00 PM
Description: 76ers forward Robert Covington (elbow) has been downgraded to out for Monday's game against Toronto.
Insight: JaKarr Sampson will start, and Convington should be considered day-to-day.
Robert Covington, F, PHI3/2/2015 2:02:00 PM
Description: 76ers forward Robert Covington left Sunday's game with a right elbow contusion and is questionable for Monday's game against Toronto.
Insight: Playing over 28 minutes per night, Covington has become a fantasy option averaging 13.2 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 1.4 apg and 2.4 threes per contest.
Matt Barnes, SF, LAC3/2/2015 1:52:00 PM
Description: Clippers forward Matt Barnes left Sunday's game versus the Bulls with a right hamstring injury and is doubtful for Monday's game against Minnesota
Insight: Barnes is averaging 9.6 ppg, 4.0 rpg, 1.5 apg so his fantasy value is limited. The injury could force the Clippers to go with a three-guard lineup using Jamal Crawford. They really don't need a rebounder at the position, DeAndre Jordan is grabbing every rebound anyway.
Jimmy Butler, G/F, CHI3/2/2015 1:43:00 PM
Description: Bulls shooting guard Jimmy Butler suffering a left elbow sprain when Clippers' DeAndre Jordan collided with him on a screen and will miss the next 3-4 weeks, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports.
Insight: Add the Butler injury to Derrick Rose's and the Bulls are in big trouble in the backcourt. That's 20.2 ppg and 18.4 ppg, respectively, out of the lineup. Kirk Hinrich, Aaron Brooks and Tony Snell will divide up the minutes.
DeMarre Carroll, SF, ATL3/2/2015 1:28:00 PM
Description: Hawks small forward DeMarre Carroll was one of four starters rested in Saturday's game, but should be ready to go Tuesday.
Insight: He was back at practice Monday. Carroll is averaging over 31 mpg and the team gave him time off to get ready for the playoffs. You can do that when you own a 13 1/2 game lead in your division. Beware, it will likely happen again before the season ends.
Danilo Gallinari, F, DEN3/1/2015 10:30:00 PM
Description: Nuggets forward Danilo Gallinari scored a team-high 21 points during Sunday's loss versus New Orleans.
Insight: He knocked down two 3-pointers and shot 7-of-18 from the field and 5-of-6 from the line. Gallinari played 32 minutes in a start at small forward and has now scored in double-figures in six consecutive games.

Description: Pelicans G/F Tyreke Evans scored a team-high 22 points during Sunday's victory against the Nuggets.
Insight: Evans shot 7-of-14 from the field and 8-of-11 from the line. He also chipped in seven assists, seven rebounds, one steal, and five turnovers. Evans will continue to start at point with Jrue Holiday sidelined.
Serge Ibaka, F, OKC3/1/2015 8:59:00 PM
Description: Thunder power forward Serge Ibaka posted a double during Sunday's victory against the Lakers.
Insight: The Thunder were shorthanded with Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant sidelined, so they needed Ibaka's production. He finished with 18 points, 14 boards, and three blocks. Enes Kanter also had a double-double, with 16 points and 15 rebounds.
Robert Covington, F, PHI3/1/2015 8:56:00 PM
Description: 76ers forward Robert Covington left Sunday's game with a right elbow contusion and did not return.
Insight: He had 12 points, three rebounds, and two 3-pointers in 24 minutes before departing. The good news is that injury did not seem serious.
Rudy Gay, F, SAC3/1/2015 8:49:00 PM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay scored a team-high 24 points during Sunday's loss to the Trail Blazers.
Insight: Gay also had eight boards, one assist, one 3-pointer, two turnovers, and shot 10-of-22 from the field and 3-of-4 from the line. He is a top-40 option in standard leagues.
LaMarcus Aldridge, F, POR3/1/2015 8:45:00 PM
Description: Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge went for 26 points and 15 boards during Sunday's victory over the Kings.
Insight: He was 9-of-25 from the field and 8-of-9 from the line, with two assists and two turnovers as well. Aldridge is a borderline top-10 option in standard leagues.
LeBron James, F, CLE3/1/2015 7:48:00 PM
Description: Cavaliers forward LeBron James was an absolute beast, but everbody will be talking about his missed free throws fruing Sunday's overtime loss to the Rockets.
Insight: Not only was James just 3-of-11 from the line, but he also missed two of them that would have given Cleveland the lead with under five seconds left in overtime. He finished 15-of-35 from the field for 37 points, eight rebounds, four assists, four 3-pointers, three steals, three blocks, and three turnovers.
Taj Gibson, PF, CHI3/1/2015 4:39:00 PM
Description: Bulls forward Taj Gibson was seen in a walking boot after the loss against the Clippers on Sunday according to ESPN Chicago.
Insight: Gibson did not play versus the Clippers on Sunday after rolling his ankle on Friday. He should be considered doubtful for Tuesday's game. For owners needing a replacement for Gibson, Nikola Mirotic led the team with 29 points on Sunday.
Solomon Hill, F, IND3/1/2015 4:32:00 PM
Description: Pacers forward Solomon Hill will start on Sunday against the 76ers.
Insight: Hill has really struggled, posting 7.5 ppg and 2.3 rpg since the All-Star break, so he isn't really fantasy relevant anyway.
Jimmy Butler, G/F, CHI3/1/2015 3:38:00 PM
Description: Bulls shooting guard Jimmy Butler did not return on Sunday after suffering a left elbow sprain when Clippers' DeAndre Jordan collided with him on a screen.
Insight: Butler finished the game shooting 3-of-9 from the field with 10 points, two assists, two rebounds and two 3-pointers. Without him, the Bulls really struggled on offense, scoring just 17 points in the final quarter. Butler should be considered questionable for Tuesday.
Nikola Mirotic, F, CHI3/1/2015 3:34:00 PM
Description: Bulls forward Nikola Mirotic came off the bench to score 29 points, scoring 16 points in the final quarter, but it wasn't enough as Chicago fell to the Los Angeles Clippers, 96-86.
Insight: Mirotic nearly had a double-double with nine rebounds. He was 11-of-23 from the field, including 2-for-7 at the 3-point line. Mirotic has been forgotten in fantasy realms recently, but with this game, he should resurface as a possible waiver wire add. With Derrick Rose injured and Jimmy Butler leaving on Sunday, Mirotic is one of the best offensive options for Chicago.
Jimmy Butler, G/F, CHI3/1/2015 2:47:00 PM
Description: Bulls shooting guard Jimmy Butler left Sunday's game versus the Clippers holding his left arm and his return is questionable. UPDATE: Butler has a left elbow sprain and is questionable to return.
Insight: Butler also left the Bulls' bench to go back to the locker room. Butler suffered the apparent arm injury when he ran into DeAndre Jordan on a hard screen. Check back for updates.
Matt Barnes, SF, LAC3/1/2015 1:54:00 PM
Description: Clippers forward Matt Barnes left Sunday's game versus the Bulls with a hamstring injury.
Insight: Barnes was trying to stretch out his hamstring on the sideline. ESPN's Doris Burke reported he should return, so fantasy owners have nothing to worry about for now. That's also good news for the Clippers, who have a very thin bench.
LeBron James, F, CLE3/1/2015 1:30:00 PM
Description: Cavaliers forward LeBron James is expected to play versus the Rockets on Sunday.
Insight: James didn't play on Friday versus the Pacers, but still without Kyrie Irving, James needs to play versus the Rockets. James and Kevin Love should have big games on Sunday.
Taj Gibson, PF, CHI3/1/2015 1:10:00 PM
Description: Bulls forward Taj Gibson is not playing on Sunday versus the Clippers.
Insight: Gibson reinjured his ankle during Friday's game and was limping pretty severely on the sidelines afterward. Pau Gasol is returning, so he, Joakim Noah and Nikola Mirotic will see a ton of minutes on Sunday.
Derrick Favors, F/C, UTA3/1/2015 9:21:00 AM
Description: Jazz power forward Derrick Favors recorded a double-double in the victory over the Bucks on Saturday.
Insight: Favors has 17 double-doubles this season. He had 16 points and 12 rebounds with three blocks and three steals on Saturday. Favors shot 7-of-11 from the field. He should be owned in all standard leagues as he averaged 17.1 ppg and 7.7 rpg in February.
Marcus Morris, F, PHO3/1/2015 9:09:00 AM
Description: Suns forward Marcus Morris came off the bench and led the team in scoring as Phoenix lost to San Antonio, 101-74.
Insight: Morris shot 50 percent, hitting 3-of-4 from the 3-point line on his way to 19 points. He also had seven rebounds, a block and a steal. Morris isn't a big splash fantasy player, but he did average 12.3 ppg, 5.2 rpg while shooting 47.6 percent from the field.
Kawhi Leonard, F, SAN3/1/2015 9:07:00 AM
Description: Spurs small forward Kawhi Leonard recorded his first double-double in over a month on Saturday.

Jared Dudley, F, MIL2/28/2015 8:05:00 PM
Description: Bucks forward Jared Dudley is not playing versus the Jazz on Saturday.

Amir Johnson, F, TOR2/28/2015 8:03:00 PM
Description: Raptors power forward Amir Johnson is starting versus the Knicks as Patrick Patterson will come off the bench on Saturday.
Insight: Johnson still remains only a desperate pickup for standard league owners. Kyle Lowry is also not starting for Toronto, but he isn't playing at all.
Chris Andersen, F/C, MIA2/28/2015 7:04:00 PM
Description: Heat center Chris Andersen is sick and will not play versus the Hawks on Saturday.
Insight: Miami doesn't have very much depth at the power forward and center positions. Expect Hassan Whiteside to get a lot of minutes.
Paul Pierce, F, WAS2/28/2015 6:57:00 PM
Description: Wizards small forward Paul Pierce will be back on the court for Saturday's game versus the Pistons.

Insight: He finished with 28 points and 13 boards, and shot 9-of-13 from the field and 10-of-15 from the stripe. Monroe also recorded two assists, two blocks, two steals, and one turnover.
Andrea Bargnani, F, NYK2/27/2015 10:54:00 PM

Description: Cavaliers forward LeBron James (back) will miss Friday's game against the Pacers.
Insight: This comes out of nowhere after James put in a season-high 42 points on Thursday night. Kyrie Irving is out as well, so Kevin Love and J.R. Smith should be in line for a big night. Consider James day-to-day.

Description: Bulls forward Taj Gibson is expected to start Friday night for the ill Pau Gasol.
Insight: Gasol has played well this season (18.4 ppg, 12.1 rpg, 2.9 apg, 2.1 bpg), but the Bulls can move Gibson into the starting lineup. Gibson has averaged 13.7 ppg, 8.5 apg, 1.6 apg in 13 starts.

Description: Pelicans guard Quincy Pondexter shot the lights out during Wednesday's win over the Nets.
Insight: He went 9-of-13 from the floor, 3-of-3 from the line, and 4-of-8 from downtown for a team-high 25 points. Pondexter also recorded five rebounds, two assists, and three turnovers. Despite the solid outing, he can be left on the wire.

Description: Dallas forward Amare Stoudemire (rest) will not play on Wednesday night.
Insight: Stoudemire will continue to get random games off to rest his knees, and with him being a limited fantasy option already, it is safe to leave him on the waiver wire.
Wilson Chandler, G/F, DEN2/25/2015 2:26:00 PM
Description: Nuggets small forward Wilson Chandler is doubtful versus the Suns on Wednesday according to the Denver Post.

Description: Lakers guard/forward Nick Young will not play on Wednesday against the Jazz according to the Salt Lake Tribune.
Insight: Young scored 19 points in his last game, so it's too bad he won't get a chance to build upon that. The good new is an MRI didn't find anything wrong with Young's knee. Just make sure he is out of the fantasy lineup on Wednesday.

Description: Nuggets power forward Kenneth Faried is questionable for Wednesday's game versus the Suns.
Insight: Faried had a pretty bad Monday, getting benched in favor of Darrell Arthur and then injurying his thumb during the game. The Nuggets could sit Faried on Wednesday, which would mean big minutes for Arthur.

Description: Pelicans G/F Tyreke Evans is not 100 percent recovered from his illness, but he will play versus the Nets on Wednesday according to NBA.com.
Insight: Evans played through this illness on Monday and had 13 points, 12 assists, four rebounds, two 3-pointers, one steal and one block. Evans must be in fantasy lineups if he plays again on Wednesday because without Anthony Davis, Jrue Holiday and Ryan Anderson, Evans has the potential for a huge night.
Taj Gibson, PF, CHI2/25/2015 1:56:00 PM
Description: Bulls forward Taj Gibson is expected to play on Wednesday according to ESPN Chicago.
Insight: Gibson hasn't practiced in full since becoming ill, so it seems he still isn't 100 percent, however, Gibson is a must-start player if he is on the court. He is averaging 10.8 ppg and 6.7 rpg this season.
Paul Pierce, F, WAS2/25/2015 1:49:00 PM
Description: Wizards small forward Paul Pierce is expected to play on Wednesday versus the Timberwolves according to the Washington Post despite hitting his knee on Tuesday.
Insight: However, with Wednesday's game being the second of a back-to-back set, we anticipate Pierce perhaps being on a minutes restriction. But if owners need him, Pierce should play.
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, SF, CHA2/25/2015 10:15:00 AM
Description: Hornets small forward Michael Kidd-Gilchrist posted a double-double during Wednesday's victory over the Bulls.
Insight: He had a team-high 18 points and 12 boards, along with one assist and one steal. Kidd-Gilchrist is ranked outside the top 200 in standard leagues.

Insight: Love led the team with 24 points, meaning all his points came off the 3-pointers. He also had nine rebounds, three assists and a steal. Fantasy owners are overall disappointed with Love, but he will occasionally explode like this.

Thomas Robinson, PF, PHI2/24/2015 5:17:00 PM
Description: The 76ers claimed forward Thomas Robinson off waivers.
Insight: This is noteworthy because Robinson should find himself in Philadelphia's rotation rather quickly. In fact, do not be surprised if Robinson ends up in the 76ers starting lineup in the near future. Point guard Tim Frazier was waived in a corresponding move.
Shawn Marion, F, DAL2/24/2015 12:05:00 PM
Description: Cavaliers forward Shawn Marion (hip) will miss the next two weeks, according to an Akron-Beacon Journal report.

Insight: The Pistons will bring back an old face, Tayshaun Prince, into the starting lineup. Butler is averaging 5.9 ppg, 2.8 rpg, 0.9 apg this season.

Description: Nuggets power forward Kenneth Faried left Monday's game with a left hand injury according to Roto World.
Insight: Faried went into the locker room with an ice bag on his hand. He did not start Monday anyway, so there shouldn't have been too many fantasy owners who started him. If Faried misses time, Darrell Arthur should continue to start.
Khris Middleton, F, MIL2/23/2015 10:22:00 PM
Description: Bucks forward Khris Middleton had 17 points in the loss to the Bulls on Monday.
Insight: Middleton was 8-of-19 from the field. He also had six rebounds, three steals and two assists. Middleton has played very well this month and is benefiting from the trade that sent Brandon Knight to Phoenix. This month, Middleton is averaging 16.8 ppg, 6.3 rpg, 3.1 apg and 2.0 spg.
Luol Deng, F, MIA2/23/2015 10:16:00 PM

Insight: Deng hit 4-of-5 3-pointers and shot an incredible 11-for-14 from the field overall. Deng should continue to see more shot opportunities without Chris Bosh in the lineup, but don't expect him to have this kind of shooting night again.
Kenneth Faried, F, DENHot2/23/2015 8:21:00 PM
Description: Nuggets power forward Kenneth Faried will come off the bench on Monday versus the Nets according to Nuggets play-by-play announcer Jason Kosmicki.
Insight: Faried has not been playing well, but it is still a bold move to place Darrell Arthur in the starting lineup instead of Faried. Arthur has very limited fantasy upside, so it appears owners will need to find somewhere else to get production from a forward on Monday.
Ersan Ilyasova, F, MIL2/23/2015 7:01:00 PM
Description: Bucks power forward Ersan Ilyasova will start at power forward versus the Bulls.
Insight: That sends Jared Dudley to the bench. Ilyasova has not played well this month, averaging just 5.2 ppg and 1.8 rpg although he has never logged more than 18 minutes this month either. He can be left on the waiver wire for now.
Terrence Jones, F, HOU2/23/2015 6:58:00 PM
Description: Rockets forward Terrence Jones will start on Monday against the Timberwolves.
Insight: Jones scored 11 points with nine rebounds in just 24 minutes on Saturday, so he deserves this start. He also had three blocks and an assist. Jones should be owned in all standard leagues and should be in lineups Monday night.
Jerami Grant, F, PHI2/23/2015 6:56:00 PM
Description: 76ers Jerami Grant will not play versus the Heat due to a back injury according Sixers.com.
Insight: Grant suffered the injury on Sunday and is considered day-to-day. Mbah a Moute is playing and will absord Grant's minutes. Mbah a Moute is a decent plug-in option for Monday.
Luc Mbah a Moute, F, MIN2/23/2015 1:45:00 PM
Description: 76ers forward Luc Mbah a Moute missed Sunday's game but is probable for Monday's game against Miami.
Insight: He missed the flight due to personal reasons. He's averaging 10.2 ppg, 5.0 rpg, 1.4 apg, 1.3 spg and is a solid team player, just not a great fantasy option.
Taj Gibson, PF, CHI2/23/2015 1:28:00 PM
Description: Bulls forward Taj Gibson is expected to miss Monday night versus Milwaukee due to illness, sccording to K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune.

Bojan Bogdanovic, F, BRK2/23/2015 1:18:00 PM
Description: Nets G/F Bojan Bogdanovic will not play Monday night versus the Nuggets.
Insight: Markel Brown is expected to get the start. Bogdanovic has not been fantasy worthy with a 7.8 ppg, 2.7 rpg, 0.8 apg average over the first 52 games. Brown had nine points in 15 minutes Friday night.
Brandon Bass, F, BOS2/23/2015 9:52:00 AM

Insight: Bass has averaged 38.5 mpg of the last two contests. He's also averaging 14 ppg and 7.5 rpg over that span. He's certainly worth a flier.

Description: Mavericks forward Richard Jefferson started on Sunday and recorded a double-double in the victory over the Hornets.
Insight: Jefferson just barely recorded the double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds. He was 3-of-8 from the field with all his made field goals being 3-pointers. He also had four assists, a steal and a block.
Danilo Gallinari, F, DEN2/22/2015 9:20:00 PM

Serge Ibaka, F, OKCHot2/22/2015 9:19:00 PM
Description: Thunder power forward Serge Ibaka continued his hot streak, nearly recording a triple-double.
Insight: Ibaka had 20 points, going 10-of-18 from the field, with eight rebounds and eight blocks. That will please a lot of fantasy owners in head-to-head league who needed some extra blocks to win the category. He also had a steal. Since the return from the All-Star break, Ibaka is averaging 19.0 ppg, 14.0 rpg and 3.7 bpg.
Robert Covington, F, PHI2/22/2015 9:00:00 PM
Description: 76ers forward Robert Covington was a rebound away from a double-double versus the Magic.
Insight: Covington had 16 points, shooting 6-of-13, and nine rebounds with two assists and two steals. Covington is probably the best fantasy option left in Philadelphia, but that isn't saying much.
LaMarcus Aldridge, F, POR2/22/2015 8:22:00 PM
Description: Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge will not play on Sunday due to a right thumb sprain.
Insight: Aldridge is playing through ligament damage to his left thumb, but the sprain is in his other thumb, on his shooting hand. Aldridge was shooting during practice on Sunday, so hopefully he is sitting just as a precaution. Chris Kaman, Meyers Leonard and Dorell Wright will play more on Sunday without Aldridge.

Anthony Davis, PF, NOP2/21/2015 10:08:00 PM
Description: Pelicans forward Anthony Davis suffered a right shoulder injury on Saturday night and will not return.
Insight: This is extremely scary, as Davis has been dealing with this injury over the past several weeks. He will likely have an MRI in the coming days, and if Davis is forced to miss any time, Alexis Ajinca would benefit most.
Julius Randle, F, LAL2/21/2015 8:03:00 PM
Description: Lakers forward Julius Randle (leg) will play in the NBA Summer League.

Description: Mavericks small forward Chandler Parsons, sprained left ankle and bone bruise has been downgraded to doubtful for Sunday's game against Charlotte.

Description: Thunder star small forward Kevin Durant has been downgraded to out for Saturday's game against Charlotte due to a sore right foot, according to Thunder beat writer Anthony Slater.

Kevin Durant, F, OKC2/21/2015 11:00:00 AM
Description: Thunder star small forward Kevin Durant is questionable for Saturday's game against Charlotte due to a sore right foot.

Description: Bucks power forward Ersan Ilyasova did not play on Friday and is questionable for Sunday's game against Atlanta.
Insight: He isn't hurt, just ill. Ilyasova can play the game of basketball, but can't seem to stay on the court and fantasy owners are loathe to take a chance when every night he's a question mark.
Chandler Parsons, F, DAL2/21/2015 10:36:00 AM
Description: Mavericks small forward Chandler Parsons turned his left ankle in Friday's game and is questionable for Sunday's game against Charlotte.
Insight: Parson's didn't return after the injury, but has a chance to play Sunday. Richard Jefferson and Al-Farouq Aminu would see more minutes if Parsons is sidelined, but neither can match Parsons' averages of 15.4 ppg, 4.8 rpg, 2.4 apg.
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, SF, CHA2/21/2015 10:31:00 AM
Description: Hornets small forward Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (hamstring) went through a non-contact practice Wednesday and a full practice Thursday and is probable for Saturday's game against Oklahoma City
Insight: He should be good to go Saturday. MKG was averaging 13.8 ppg, 8.6 rpg, 1.8 apg, 1.0 spg over five games before the injury.
Markieff Morris, F, PHO2/20/2015 10:39:00 PM
Description: Suns power forward Markieff Morris had 31 points to lead Phoenix in scoring on Friday.
Insight: MOrris was 12-of-21 from the field and 6-for-7 at the line. He also had four rebounds, two assists, two blocks and a steal. He is a top-50 option.
LeBron James, F, CLE2/20/2015 10:33:00 PM
Description: Cavaliers forward LeBron James had 28 points in Cleveland's, 127-89, victory over the Wizards on Friday.
Insight: James was 12-of-21, including 3-for-5 from the 3-point line. He also had six assists and five rebounds. James has really turned it on since he returned from injury in January. Since then, he has averaged 27.4 ppg.

Insight: Butler was 9-of-18 from the field, hitting three 3-pointers. He was also 9-for-9 at the line. Butler contribued five rebounds and five assists to cap off the nice night.
Udonis Haslem, F, MIA2/20/2015 10:08:00 PM
Description: Miami forward Udonis Haslem had 13 points, five rebounds and two assists versus the Knicks on Friday.
Insight: The Heat starters shared the wealth extremely well as every starter had either 12 or 13 points. Haslem was making just his third start of the season, and this was clearly his best game. The weak opponent could have had something to do with that. Even still, Haslem will begin to get looks in standard leagues if Chris Bosh is indeed out for the season. Haslem still has a lot of work to do to reach Bosh's numbers, but his line Friday is promising.
Paul Millsap, F, ATL2/20/2015 9:44:00 PM
Description: Hawks power forward Paul Millsap had 11 points in the ugliest loss of the season for Atlanta.
Insight: The Hawks lost by 25 points on their own floor to the Raptors, who at one point led by 35. Millsap was 5-of-15 from the field with nine rebounds.
DeMar DeRozan, G/F, TOR2/20/2015 9:43:00 PM

Luc Mbah a Moute, F, MIN2/20/2015 9:36:00 PM
Description: 76ers forward Luc Mbah a Moute had 16 points and 10 rebounds in Friday's loss versus the Pacers.
Insight: Philadelphia is taking tanking to a whole new level as they traded away Michael Carter-Williams on Thursday. Isaiah Canaan will see a lot of opportunities, but with absolutely no talent, Mbah a Moute should see plenty of chances to score as well.
Tyreke Evans, G/F, NOP2/20/2015 9:31:00 PM
Description: Pelicans G/F Tyreke Evans recorded a double-double on Friday versus the Magic.
Insight: Evans led the Pelicans with 14 points and 10 assists. He also had eight rebounds, so despite the 4-of-13 shooting, fantasy owners were quite pleased with his numbers. Evans should continue to produce solid numbers without Jrue Holiday in the lineup.
Ersan Ilyasova, F, MIL2/20/2015 8:37:00 PM
Description: Bucks power forward Ersan Ilyasova will not play on Friday.
Insight: Ilyasova isn't hurt, but for whatever reason, he just can't stay on the court. Ilyasova is out Friday with an illness.
Rodney Hood, F, UTA2/20/2015 7:47:00 PM
Description: Jazz small forward Rodney Hood will be on a minutes restriction on Friday against the Trail Blazers according to the Salt Lake Tribune.

Otto Porter, F, WAS2/20/2015 7:44:00 PM
Description: Wizards guard Otto Porter will start on Friday versus the Cavaliers with Bradley Beal still out of the lineup.
Insight: Porter hasn't done much but will receive another opportunity to start. He is averaging 9.0 ppg and 4.0 rpg as a starter this season.

Description: Minnesota forward Anthony Bennett will start at power forward on Friday versus the Suns.
Insight: Bennett has played only 13.0 minutes per game in the last two contests, so Bennett owners are pleased with this move. He should see quite a bit of action against the Suns.
Udonis Haslem, F, MIA2/20/2015 7:04:00 PM
Description: Miami forward Udonis Haslem will start in place of the injured Chris Bosh on Friday versus the Knicks.
Insight: Bosh is out with a blood clot in his lung and could miss the rest of the season. Haslem hasn't been in good in his two starts this season, 3.5 ppg, 3.0 rpg, but he has a nice matchup versus New York. Still, owners will have to be pretty desperate to roll with him.
Ryan Anderson, F, NOPCold2/20/2015 6:40:00 PM
Description: Despite listed as doubtful, Pelicans power forward Ryan Anderson will try to play Friday. UPDATE: Anderson will play on Friday.
Insight: Anderson has a strained ligament in his shooting elbow, so this is bad news. Even if he plays, Anderson will be limited, so fantasy owners should probably consider benching him regardless of whether he plays.
Cleanthony Early, F, NYK2/20/2015 6:31:00 PM
Description: Small forward Cleanthony Early will start for the Knicks on Friday versus the Heat.
Insight: Early will start with Jose Calderon, Langston Galloway, Jason Smith and Lou Amundson. Yikes.
Anthony Davis, PF, NOP2/20/2015 6:29:00 PM
Description: Pelicans power forward Anthony Davis will play on Friday versus the Magic.
Insight: Davis did the opposite of Carmelo Anthony, sitting the All-Star Game to get ready for the second half. Davis had 26 points and 17 rebounds with nine blocks in his first matchup with Orlando this season. He could have a huge game.
Tobias Harris, F, ORL2/20/2015 5:48:00 PM
Description: Magic small forward Tobias Harris will not play on Friday versus the Pelicans.
Insight: This is not good. As of Thursday, he was good to go. Harris missed the last two games before the break and apparently the week off wasn't enough. Harris could miss more games beyond Friday. Evan Fournier will start in his place.
Thaddeus Young, F, BRK2/20/2015 5:46:00 PM
Description: Just a few hours ago, fantasy owners were working under the assumption forward Thaddeus Young would be unavailable to play on Friday for his new team, the Brooklyn Nets, but now, however, he will suit up.
Insight: Young was the first player to receive clearance from the deadline deals, so he may be the only player suiting up for his new team Friday. He can be safely put back into all fantasy lineups.
Ryan Anderson, F, NOPCold2/20/2015 2:49:00 PM
Description: Pelicans backup power forward Ryan Anderson has been downgraded to doubtful for Friday's game against Orlando after apparently having a setback on his sore right elbow during the morning shootaround.
Insight: Anderson averages 14.9 ppg, 5.2 rpg, 1.0 apg., but has struggled a bit of late, shooting an ugly 36.2 percent in February after a 38.1 percent January.
Thaddeus Young, F, BRK2/20/2015 2:29:00 PM
Description: Forward Thaddeus Young won't be allowed to play Friday night for his new team because Kevin garnett still had to take his physical and won't be in Minnesota until Saturday.
Insight: Young was putting up solid numbers in Minnesota, 14.3 ppg, 5.1 rpg, 2.8 apg, 1.8 spg and should continue to produce as the starting PF for the Nets. Cort Jefferson could get a one-time start versus the Lakers.
Serge Ibaka, F, OKC2/19/2015 10:47:00 PM
Description: Thunder power forward Serge Ibaka had an incredible game in Oklahoma City's, 104-89, victory over Dallas on Thursday.
Insight: Ibaka had 21 points and a season-high 22 rebounds. He was 8-of-12 from the field and many believe he will only get better with the addition of Enes Kanter, who the team acquired before the deadline on Thursday.
Dirk Nowitzki, F, DAL2/19/2015 10:44:00 PM
Description: Mavericks power forward Dirk Nowitzki scored a team-high 14 points in the, 104-89, victory versus the Thunder on Thursday.
Insight: The fact he led the team in scoring should sum up the Mavericks struggles on the offensive end Thursday. He also had four rebounds and two blocks.
Nick Collison, PF, OKC2/19/2015 8:12:00 PM
Description: Oklahoma City PF/C Nick Collison will start at center on Thursday versus the Mavericks.
Insight: Collison scored 15 points and grabbed nine rebounds in his last game, so he is worth a look in daily leagues. Mitch McGary will also see significant minutes in the rotation.
Thaddeus Young, F, BRK2/19/2015 4:33:00 PM
Description: Forward Thaddeus Young has been traded to Brooklyn for Kevin Garnett.
Insight: Young was putting up solid numbers in Minnesota, 14.3 ppg, 5.1 rpg, 2.8 apg, 1.8 spg and should continue to produce as the starting PF for the Nets.
Amare Stoudemire, F, NYK2/19/2015 2:36:00 PM
Description: Amare Stoudemire signed with the Dallas Mavericks, but will not play in Thursday or Friday's games.
Insight: Dallas was always the favorite for his services, so no surprise here. We need to see how Stoudemire fits in with the Mavericks before determining his value, but with him destined for a reserve role, the potential is not very high.
Kris Humphries, F, WAS2/19/2015 2:26:00 PM
Description: Wizards power forward Kris Humphries expects to play Friday night versus Cleveland.
Insight: Humphries has been dealing with a sore lower back and missed the last game against Orlando. He's coming off the bench and has yet to prove fantasy worthy on a consistent basis.
Alonzo Gee, F, POR2/19/2015 12:22:00 PM
Description: Portland's new acquisition, Alonzo Gee, didn't have fantasy value in Denver and won't have any in Portland.
Insight: Gee was averaging 4.9 ppg, 1.8 rpg and came over in a deal that included Aaron Afflalo.
Tobias Harris, F, ORLHot2/19/2015 12:07:00 PM
Description: Magic small forward Tobias Harris (knee) is probable for Friday's game against New Orleans.
Insight: Harris practiced Wednesday and should be ready to go. He's been a workhorse this month, averaging almost 41 mpg in February and 22.5 ppg, 7.3 rpg, 3.3 apg. Get him back in your lineup.
Ryan Anderson, F, NOPCold2/19/2015 12:03:00 PM
Description: Pelicans backup power forward Ryan Anderson is probable for Friday's game against Orlando while dealing with a sore right elbow.
Insight: Anderson averages 14.9 ppg, 5.2 rpg, 1.0 apg., but has struggled a bit of late, shooting an ugly 36.2 percent in February after a 38.1 percent January.
Anthony Davis, PF, NOP2/19/2015 12:01:00 PM
Description: Pelicans power forward Anthony Davis (right shoulder) practiced Wednesday and is expected to return Friday versus Orlando.
Insight: Davis skipped the All-Star game to be ready for the stretch drive and that starts Friday. He's a fantasy stud averaging 24.5 ppg, 10.3 rpg, 1.7 apg, 1.5 apg, 2.7 bpg and is a must start even if he is less than 100 percent.
Kevin Love, F, CLE2/19/2015 11:43:00 AM
Description: Cavaliers power forward Kevin Love (eye) is probable for Friday's game against Washington.
Insight: Tristian Thompson owners should expect him to return to his 28 mpg level from the 34 he's played the past two games. Love is averaging 17.0 ppg, 10.4 rpg, 2.3 apg this season - very Chris Bosh-like.
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, SF, CHA2/19/2015 11:00:00 AM
Description: Hornets small forward Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (hamstring) went through a non-contact practice Wednesday and is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against Oklahoma City.
Insight: He'll go through a full practice Thursday and if he survives, should be good to go Saturday. MKG was averaging 13.8 ppg, 8.6 rpg, 1.8 apg, 1.0 spg over five games before the injury.
Blake Griffin, F, LAC2/19/2015 10:37:00 AM
Description: Clipper power forward Blake Griffin (surgery on his right elbow) said he had good news from his doctors and will have stitches removed next week, according to Clipper beat writer Don Woike.
Insight: Still no firm timetable for his return. Spencer Hawes has been playing in place of Griffin but he's been inconsistent. Griffin's absence has allowed DeAndre Jordan to gobble up rebounds by the bushel and Jamal Crawford to score 20-plus points in four straight games.
Kawhi Leonard, F, SANCold.2/19/2015 10:30:00 AM
Description: Spurs small forward Kawhi Leonard did not shoot well in the last three games before the break.
Insight: Leonard was just 11-of-41(26.8 percent) in the final three contests before the All-Star game. He's still a 44 percent shooter this season and a career 49 percent shooter, so he should be able to turn it around.
