Description: Orioles infielder Jimmy Paredes had three hits and a run scored in the, 4-1, loss to the Astros on Tuesday.
Insight: Paredes scored Baltimore's only run in the sixth on a sacrifice fly. That actually gave the Orioles a, 1-0, lead, but Houston scored four unanswered runs to end the game. Paredes is having a fantastic season, hitting .348 with six home runs and 25 RBI in 132 at-bats this season.
Description: Pirates third baseman Josh Harrison started a new hitting streak on Tuesday against the Marlins.
Insight: Harrison saw his 11-game hitting streak snapped on Monday, but he went 2-for-4 with a double, RBI and two runs on Tuesday. It is probably no concidence that Harrison is hitting .414 in the last 16 games, and the Pirates are 10-6 over that span. In the last seven games, Harrison is 12-for-30 (.400) and Pittsburgh is 5-2.
Description: Fantasy owners are hoping Red Sox third baseman Pablo Sandoval comes back on Monday versus Ricky Nolasco. Update: Sandoval is in the starting lineup.
Insight: Sandoval is 10-for-21 with three homers in his matchups with the Twins right-hander. He's been a solid fantasy option batting .273 with five homers and 17 RBI in 39 games and replaced injured Brock Holt Sunday night so we knew he was close to returning.

Insight: The first 20,000 fans at PNC Park on Saturday received a Harrison bobblehead, and the third baseman celebrated his day going 2-for-4 with two RBI and a run in the, 8-2, victory over the Mets on Saturday. After nearly losing his job due to a posting a batting average below .180 through April, Harrison is hitting .261 with four home runs and 13 RBI in 153 at-bats.
Description: Mets third baseman David Wright was looking at an early June return, but apparently suffered a setback, according to NY Newsday's Marc Carig.
Insight: Wright suffered a right hamstring strain and then hurt his back while rehabbing the hamstring. he apparently injured the back again which should push his rehab back at least another week. He's played just eight games this season, but was batting .333 at the time of the injury.
Description: Nationals infielder Anthony Rendon hit in the batting cage and took ground balls this week.
Insight: Rendon hasn't play this season due to a knee and an oblique injury. He's been brought along very slowly and isn't likely to return to the Nationals before June. He was a fantasy stud last season (.287, 21 HR, 83 RBI, 111 runs, 17 SB) and fantasy owners are likely getting frustrated by the delay in his return.
Description: Twins third baseman Trevor Plouffe was 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in the, 8-5, victory over the Pirates on Tuesday.
Insight: Minnesota jumped all over ex-Twins pitcher Francisco Liriano, who allowed seven runs in two innings. Plouffe capped off the six-run second with his two-run bomb. He is hitting .261/.340/.455 with six home runs and 20 RBI in 134 at-bats this season.
Description: Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant is questionable for Tuesday's game against San Diego due to illness.
Insight: Bryant has 24 RBI this season and since getting called up on April 17, only Bryce Harper has more. He's everything fantasy owners expected of him and hopefully he'll return to the lineup quickly.

Insight: Ramirez was 1-for-4 in the game. The home run tied the game at two in the fourth, and the Brewers scored the winning run in the seventh. Ramirez is hitting .245 with four home runs and 13 RBI this season.
Description: Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager homers, knocked in two and scored twice on Sunday.
Insight: It was his fifth homer of the season. He's not playing up to expectations after delivering a 25 HR, 96 RBI season in 2015, but he did go 4-for-11 in the just completed three-game series versus the Red Sox.
Description: Phillies just-brought-up 3B Maikel Franco cracked his first home run on Sunday off reliever Randall Delgado.
Insight: He also added an RBI triple. He went 3-for-12 in his first three-game series.The 22-year-old Franco was batting .355/.384/.539 with four homers and 24 RBI over 151 plate appearances for Lehigh Valley. He's worth adding to fantasy rosters.

Insight: Unfortunately, that wasn't enough as Pittsburgh lost, 11-10, but it is encouraging to see the Pirates offense break out of its shell. Harrison is a big part of the reason the team scored 10 on Friday. He had a single, two doubles and a homer. His bomb started the Pirates four-run rally in the eighth, and they tied the game at 10 in the ninth. Harrison is 9-for-16 with two home runs and four RBI in the last four games.

Insight: Expect him to play everyday as Cody Asche was sent down to learn how to play the outfield. The 22-year-old Franco was batting .355/.384/.539 with four homers and 24 RBI over 151 plate appearances for Lehigh Valley.
Description: Yankees designated hitter Alex Rodriguez was 2-for-4 with a solo home run in the, 6-1, loss to the Rays on Thursday.
Insight: Rodriguez hit his solo bomb in the ninth, so it was another meaningless home run for A-Rod, which he is known for in his career. Rodriguez is hitting .250/.355/.552 with nine home runs and 21 RBI this season.
Description: Cardinals third baseman Matt Carpenter hit a two-run homer in the, 2-1, victory over the Indians.
Insight: Carpenter was 1-for-4 in the game with three strikeouts but hit the two-run bomb to put the Cardinals ahead in the eighth. He is hitting .322/.387/.612 with six home runs and 23 RBI in 121 at-bats this season.
