NCAA Game Summary - Texas A&M at Ole Miss

Oxford, MS (Sports Network) - Johnny Manziel engineered a fourth quarter comeback to help the Texas A&M Aggies escape Vaught-Hemingway Stadium with a 30-27 victory over the Ole Miss Rebels in an SEC battle.
Manziel finished with 191 passing yards and 129 rushing yards and generated two touchdowns late in the fourth quarter for Texas A&M (4-1, 2-1 SEC). Manziel struggled early on and threw two interceptions. Ben Malena had a strong showing with 142 yards and a score on 18 carries. Mike Evans reeled in eight receptions for 105 yards.
Bo Wallace paced Ole Miss (3-3, 0-2) by completing 20-of-34 passing attempts for 305 yards and a touchdown with two interceptions. Jeff Scott tallied 108 yards and a touchdown on 21 carries.
A&M wasted no time getting on the board as Malena took off for a 59-yard touchdown run to put his squad up 7-0 less than a minute after kickoff.
Ole Miss came back with a 15-play, 70-yard drive which was capitalized by a one-yard run into the end zone by Scott. The Rebels then recovered a Christine Michael fumble on the next A&M drive, which set Ole Miss up with great field position.
The Rebels were unable to take full advantage, however they still added three points with a 46-yard field goal by Bryson Rose. The kick gave Ole Miss a 10-7 advantage.
The Aggies evened the score at 10-10 when Taylor Bertolet connected on a 19- yard field goal with just over 10 minutes left in the first half.
The Rebels jumped back in front after Wallace dashed 14 yards into the end zone for a score. Wallace set himself up for the run by completing a 68-yard pass to Randall Mackey on the previous play.
Later in the period Wallace made a costly error as he threw an errant pass which was intercepted and returned 37 yards for a score by Steven Jenkins. The A&M defensive touchdown sent the contest into the intermission knotted up, 17-17.
Ole Miss inched back in front in the third quarter when Rose chipped in a field goal from 28 yards away.
Seconds into the fourth frame Wallace completed a four-yard touchdown pass to Donte Moncrief which put the Rebels up, 27-17.
The Rebels' lead quickly diminished as the Aggies' rookie quarterback came up big in the clutch. Manziel rushed 29 yards for a score at the 6:24 mark of the fourth quarter to make it 27-23. He then put A&M ahead with a 20-yard touchdown pass to Ryan Swope with 1:46 left to play.
Toney Hurd Jr. sealed the victory by picking off Wallace when Ole Miss attempted to rally back.
A&M managed to pick up the victory despite losing four fumbles and Manziel throwing two interceptions.
