NCAA Game Summary - LSU at Ole Miss

Oxford, MS (SportsNetwork.com) - Marshall Henderson dropped in 25 points as the Ole Miss Rebels sprinted past the LSU Tigers in overtime en route to an 88-74 victory in SEC play at Tad Smith Coliseum.
Henderson knocked down 6-of-12 from beyond the arc and also had seven assists for Ole Miss (11-5, 2-1 SEC). Jarvis Summers had 20 points and eight assists,. Sebastian Saiz also netted 20 points to go with nine rebounds and Aaron Jones posted a double-double (13 points, 13 rebounds).
Andre Stringer tallied 23 points off the bench for LSU (10-5, 1-2). Shavon Coleman added 15 points, Jarell Martin chipped in 14 and Anthony Hickey logged 11 points and seven assists.
Ole Miss made up for a 33.3 percent shooting performance in the first half by hitting 9-of-12 from the free-throw line to take a 35-32 lead at halftime. LSU shot 40.7 percent in the period.
The Rebels shot 46.2 percent from the field in the second half and the Tigers were at 39.3 percent. However, LSU had an 11-5 scoring advantage at the charity stripe to keep the teams even all the way to last possession of regulation, when Hickey missed a potential game-winner as time expired.
In the extra session the Rebels connected on 5-of-6 from the floor and 8-of-10 at the free-throw line to pull away for the win.
LSU had a 22-13 scoring advantage off of turnovers. Ole Miss won the battle of the boards 49-41.
