Oregon earns road win vs. Washington

Seattle, WA (Sports Network) - Damyean Dotson led four Oregon players in double figures with 13 points, as the 23rd-ranked Ducks defeated Washington, 65-52, on Wednesday at Alaska Airlines Arena.

Johnathan Loyd and Arsalan Kazemi each scored 11, while Carlos Emory added 10 points and six rebounds for the Ducks (20-5, 9-3 Pac-12), who have won two straight on the heels of a three-game skid to earn their 20th win for a third straight season.

Abdul Gaddy poured in a game-high 17 points to go with seven boards and five assists, and C.J. Wilcox chipped in nine points for Washington (13-12, 5-7), which has dropped three straight and seven of its last eight.

Oregon netted the first seven points of the game and led, 12-4, just over six minutes in after an E.J. Singler jumper.

Washington answered with an 11-2 surge to grab a one-point edge before the Ducks responded with a 14-5 push to build a 28-20 advantage on Singler's jumper with just under four minutes left in the half.

A Wilcox 3-pointer late in the first frame sent Washington into the break facing a 33-27 deficit before Aziz N'Diaye's three-point play just over three minutes into the second brought the Huskies within 35-32.

Washington would get no closer, though, as the Ducks quickly distanced themselves with an 11-2 spurt, capped by Loyd's fastbreak layup with just over 12 minutes left to make it 46-34 in favor of Oregon.

The Huskies trimmed the margin below double-digits three times over the final 10 minutes, but Oregon answered each time to thwart any hopes of a comeback.

The final Washington push came with 5:22 left when Wilcox buried a jumper to bring the Huskies within 51-44, but the Ducks scored the next five points before cruising to victory down the stretch.
