Winner of the Lou Groza Award in 2009 as a junior, recognizing the top kicker in college football as he converted 28-of-31 field goal attempts, tying the NCAA record for best percentage from inside 40 yards (19-of-19)...Consensus All-America kicker, First-Team All-Pac-10 as a junior for the Bruins as well...Semifinalist for Groza Award as a senior in 2010 and a Second-Team All-Pac-10 selection as he tied a pair of NCAA records with most games with at least two field goals (27), and most games with at least three field goals(13)...Earned Third-Team AP All-America honors and Second-Team All-Pac-10 by the league's coaches as a sophomore in 2008 when he connected on 13 straight field goal attempts at one stage and 19-of-22 overall...Second-Team Freshman All-American and an honorable mention All-Pac-10 Conference choice for 2007 when he made 10 field goals in a row twice and finished his first year of action with UCLA by hitting 25-of-30 FGs and all 30 of his PATs...Was a savior for a Bruins squad that often struggled on offense, handled the pressure well of being a primary source of scoring.
