NFL Game Summary - Detroit at Oakland

Oakland, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Matt McGloin's 19-yard touchdown pass to Brice Butler with six seconds left lifted the Oakland Raiders over the Detroit Lions 27-26 in preseason action on Friday.
Darren McFadden had eight rushes for 27 yards and a score for the Raiders, while Matt Schaub went 8-for-13 with an interception in two series before being removed. McGloin was 7-for-15 passing for 114 yards and Butler finished with four catches for 74 yards.
Matthew Stafford completed 9-of-10 passes for 88 yards and two touchdowns for Detroit. George Winn added a touchdown on the ground and Golden Tate caught three passes for 41 yards and a score.
Schaub was picked off by James Ihedigbo on the first drive of the game. Stafford threw a 28-yard TD pass to Tate on the ensuing drive, but Nate Freese missed the extra point.
Stafford completed 6-of-7 passes on Detroit's second drive, capping it with a 4-yard touchdown pass to Kris Durham to put the Lions up 13-0.
McFadden ran in a score from one yard out and Sebastian Janikowski hit a 26- yard field goal to bring Oakland within three, but Freese knocked one through the uprights from 55 yards away with just seconds left in the half to make it 16-10.
Winn capped an 83-yard drive to start the second half for the Lions with a rushing score from one yard out.
The Raiders responded with an 80-yard drive of their own, finished off by a 3- yard TD pass from David Carr to Jake Murphy. Janikowski's 36-yard field goal started the scoring in the fourth and brought Oakland within three.
After the Lions hit another field goal to give them a 26-20 advantage, the Raiders drove 77 yards before Scott Simonson fumbled and Detroit recovered.
The Lions were only able to take 1:47 off the clock before punting the ball to the Raiders with 2:32 left. Oakland drove 68 yards in just under two and a half minutes on their way to the winning score.
