(Monday, March 24th)

Final Score: Philadelphia 6, Toronto 3 (8 innings)

Dunedin, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Cameron Rupp and Tony Gwynn each drove in two runs, as the Philadelphia Phillies secured a 6-3 win over the Toronto Blue Jays in a rain-shortended spring training affair on Monday.

Rupp and Gwynn ripped consecutive RBI doubles in the top of the eighth inning before rain forced the contest to be called.

Cody Asche collected two hits, an RBI and a run scored for the Phillies, who saw starter David Buchanan strike out two over two perfect innings.

Brett Carroll clubbed a two-run double for the Blue Jays. Starter Brandon Morrow allowed four runs on five hits and three walks over five frames.
