San Antonio comes into tonight's game having won just one of its last five
games both straight up and against the spread. However, the Spurs are coming
off an 11-point win last night in Sacramento after dropping four straight
Meanwhile, Phoenix has covered three of its last four games while winning
its last two SU. The Suns are coming off an impressive overtime win against
the red-hot Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday night, a victory which snapped
the Thunder's seven-game winning streak.
These two teams are battling for a playoff spot in the tough Western
Conference. The Spurs currently hold onto the No. 7-seed while the Suns trail
the 8th-seeded Thunder by one game. San Antonio is the veteran team but it
could be tired playing the second game of a back-to-back. Look for the Suns to
wear down San Antonio and improve their playoff chances.
