NEW ORLEANS (15-14) AT CHICAGO (20-9), 8:00 PM (ET)
Chicago comes into tonight's game on a roll having won five in a row and eight
of its last nine. The Bulls also are an impressive 7-2 against the spread over
those same nine games. Derrick Rose is finally healthy and showing signs of
returning to his MVP form, averaging 25 points and four assists per game over
his last three. The addition of Pau Gasol to go along with Joakim Noah has
solidified the team's frontcourt making it one of the best in the league.
Meanwhile, New Orleans has won four of its last six games while covering
the number in only three of those contests. Anthony Davis is not only one of
the best young players in the league, but he has become one of the best in the
entire NBA. Unfortunately, his emergence won't be enough since the Bulls are
the better team.
SPORTS NETWORK CHOICE: Take Chicago at -9.5 points.
