Insight: He did so in a loss Sunday versus Florida. Karlsson now has 61 points through 75 games this season.

Description: Predators defenseman Roman Josi recorded two points during Sunday's loss versus Calgary.
Insight: Josi had a goal and an assist, along with five shots and a minu-one rating. He now has 15 goals, 55 points, 26 penalty minutes, and a plus-rating through 77 games overall.

Description: Predators defenseman Shea Weber will not play on Sunday versus the Flames according to Sportsnet.
Insight: Weber didn't play on Sunday due to a lower-body injury. He is a big loss for fantasy as Weber has 15 goals and 30 assists in 75 games this season.

Description: Penguins defenseman Kris Letang has left the hospital and has a concussion according to NHL.com.
Insight: Letang went awkwardly into the boards on a hit from Shane Doan on Saturday. Letang is listed as day-to-day, and there is no telling how long he could be out.

Description: Stars defenseman John Klingberg scored the game-winning overtime goal in Dallas', 4-3, victory over Vancouver on Saturday.
Insight: Klingberg scored on passes from Trevor Daley and Cody Eakin. Klingberg has 11 goals and 27 assists in 59 games this season.

Description: Sabres defenseman Andrej Meszaros scored a pair of goals in the loss to the Avalanche on Saturday.
Insight: Meszaros isn't likely on many fantasy teams, but he did have a good Saturday. He had four shots on net and finished plus-one despite his team losing, 5-3. Meszaros has five goals and six assists in 53 games this season.

Description: Penguins defenseman Kris Letang went to the hospital to be evaluated after taking a hit from Shane Doan.
Insight: On the same day Pittsburgh regains Patrick Hornqvist and Evgeni Malkin, the Penguins lose Letang. There is no indication as to how serious his injury is, but Letang's history would suggest the Penguins will be extremely cautious.

Description: Arizona blueliner Oliver Ekman-Larsson scored a goal during Thursday's victory against the Sabres.
Insight: He also assisted on Sam Gagner OT winner. It is nice to see that he has 21 goals, but with a modest total of 40 points and a minus-16 rating, Ekman-Larsson is not a great fantasy option.

Insight: Boychuk has been a great pickup for the Islanders, and now has eight goals, 33 points, and a plus-10 rating through 65 games.

Description: Flyers defenseman Andrew MacDonald will miss the rest of the season with a fractured right hand.
Insight: MacDinald did not have the season some anticipated, with just 12 points through 58 games. He will be fine to start the 2015-16 campaign.

Description: Maple Leafs defenseman Eric Brewer scored the game-winning goal in the, 4-3, victory over the Senators on Saturday.
Insight: This is only Brewer's second goal of the season, so he probably isn't in many fantasy lineups. Brewer also has six assists with a minus-seven rating in 38 games this season.

Description: Canucks defenseman Alexander Edler scored the game-winning goal in Vancouver's, 3-1, victory over the Coyotes on Sunday.
Insight: Edler scored on the power play at the 16:47 mark of the third period to break the, 1-1, tie. Henrik Sedin added an empty net goal as insurance. Edler led the team with five shots on net. He has seven goals and 14 assists in 64 games this season.

Description: Lightning defenseman Matt Carle had two assists in the, 5-3, victory over the Bruins on Sunday.
Insight: Carle had assists on J.T. Brown's goal in the first period and then Jason Garrison's score in the second period. Carle has four goals and 13 assists with a plus-13 rating in 50 games this season.

Insight: Fast is not a relevant fantasy option with just four goals and 11 points through 46 games this season.

Insight: Vatanen had missed 15 games, but posted an assist on Corey Perry's goal. He has 12 goals and 23 assists in 58 games this season and is the point man on the Ducks power play. Make sure he's back in your lineup.

Insight: Vatanen has been ready since Wednesday, so he finally gets his chance. He has 12 goals and 22 assists in 57 games this season and is the point man on the Ducks power play.

Insight: The lack of scoring is getting a little ridiculous for Pittsburgh. The Penguins have scored two goals in the last 12 periods. Evgeni Malkin, Sidney Crosby and Patric Hornqvist haven't played in all of those 12 periods, but it is still embarrassing. Letang led the team with seven shots on Thursday. He has 11 goals and 42 assists with a plus-12 rating in 65 games this season.

Insight: Dumba isn't in many fantasy lineups, but he did get the victory for Devan Dubnyk owners. Dumba has seven goals and four assists in 46 games this season.

Insight: He can left on the wire, as he has just five goals, 13 points, and a minus-33 rating through 67 games this season.
