Insight: Backstrom started in place of Darcy Kuemper after Kuemper yielded five goals in the third period on Monday. Backstrom allowed three goals through two periods versus the Bruins, but the Wild scored three in the third period and Backstrom held Boston scoreless.

Insight: Coyle is in his last season of his entry-level contract. The new deal will come with a $3.2 million annual cap hit starting next season. Many experts have said this is a great move for Minnesota, but it likely has no effect on fantasy owners.

Insight: Kuemper veteran Niklas Backstrom are the choices with Josh Harding sidelined by injury. The lack of a clear-cut decision does make it tougher on fantasy owners.

Insight: He has never done it during his career, with 46 points being the most he has accumulated (2011-12 with Nashville). Suter had 43 points (8 goals, 35 assists) last season, and will have a tremendous opportunity to prouce a career-high total in 2014-15.

He should challenge the 70-point mark again in 2014-15.
