Description: Blue Jays catcher Russell Martin is not in Tuesday's starting lineup.
Insight: Martin went 0-for-7 over the last three games but is batting .265 with 11 home runs, 37 RBI and 45 runs scored. He's even stolen four bases. Dioner Navarro will make the start behind the plate.
Description: Milwaukee catcher Jonathan Lucroy is a career 6-for-13 (.462) with a home run versus Phillies left-hander Cole Hamels.
Insight: Coming off a four-hit night, Lucroy should be primed and ready for this favorable matchup. Lucroy is hitting .235 with one home run and 14 RBI in 38 games, but he's a much better hitter than that and we expect him to turn it around soon. Maybe Monday was the start.
Description: Orioles catcher Matt Wieters is not in the lineup for Monday's game against the Rangers.
Insight: Baltimore is being very careful with Wieters (.288, 3HR, 10 RBI), not to overwork the catcher who has only played 16 games since returning from TJ surgery. Caleb Joseph will start behind the dish.
Description: Royals catcher Salvador Perez smacked a home run during Sunday's win versus Oakland.
Insight: It was his lone hit in four at-bats, but Perez also finished with a total of three RBI and two runs scored. The homer was a solo shot. He is now batting .271 with 12 homers and 33 RBI this season.
Description: Orioles catcher Matt Wieters is not in the lineup for the first game of a doubleheader on Sunday versus the Indians.
Insight: Wieters has not caught back-to-back days yet, so he will not be catching back-to-back games in the same day. Caleb Joseph will start the first game behind the dish, and Wieters will likely start the second.
Description: Mariners catcher Mike Zunino went 2-for-4 with a home run and two runs in the, 4-2, loss to the Angels on Saturday.
Insight: Zunino scored both of the Seattle's runs and hit a solo bomb in the eighth. Zunino came up in the ninth with two outs, two runners on base and hit a home run that was just foul down the left field line. He grounded out to end the game.
Description: Giants catcher Andrew Susac was 2-for-4 with a double and three RBI in the, 7-5, victory over the Rockies on Saturday.
Insight: Susac doubled in three runs in the seventh as San Francisco rallied for four runs in the frame to comeback and win, 7-5. Susac is hitting .288 with nine extra-base hits and eight RBI in 80 at-bats this season.
Description: Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina is a career .387 hitter against Marlins starter Mat Latos.
Insight: Molina also has three doubles, a homer and five RBI versus Latos. Molina leads all National League catchers in batting average this season. He should once again be out there in fantasy lineups on Wednesday.
Description: Blue Jays catcher Russell Martin will be the designated hitter on Wednesday versus the Rays.
Insight: Dioner Navarro will be the starting catcher. This is just a way to get Martin some rest while still having his bat in the lineup, which is good for fantasy owners. Martin is slashing .276/.359/.498 with 10 home runs and 35 RBI in 217 at-bats this season.
Description: Indians catcher Yan Gomes is back in the lineup versus the Tigers on Wednesday.
Insight: Gomes has missed four of the last five games due to a neck issue. He has been rather disappointing this season, hitting .204 with two home runs and six RBI in 93 at-bats. To be fair to Gomes, the guy just can't stay healthy in 2015.
Description: Tigers catcher James McCann is not in Wednesday's lineup versus the Indians.
Insight: McCann is just getting the day off with the afternoon game and another game tomorrow afternoon versus the White Sox. McCann is batting .252 with two home runs and 14 RBI in 163 at-bats filling in for the injured Alex Avila.
Description: Pirates catcher Francisco Cervelli hit a big three-run homer in the, 7-6, victory over the Reds on Tuesday.
Insight: The Pittsburgh offense has really struggled lately, but the Pirates scored seven runs in the fourth. Cervelli hit his bomb to tie the game at four, and Andrew McCutchen added another homer to give the Pirates the lead. Cervelli has been a big surprise this season, hitting .306 with three home runs and 22 RBI in 186 at-bats.
Description: Red Sox catcher Blake Swihart is questionable for Tuesday's game against Baltimore with a sprained left foot.
Insight: Swihart "hopes" to be back Tuesday, but even if that's true he's yet to prove fantasy worthy. He's batting just .239 with one home run and 10 RBI. The other option behind the plate, Sandy Leon, is worse.
Description: Dodgers catcher Yasmani Grandal will get Monday off with A.J. Ellis catching Clayton Kershaw.
Insight: Grandal is an underrated fantasy catcher. He is hitting .276 with 10 home runs and 26 RBI this season after smashing a pair of homers Sunday night. He should be back behind the plate on Tuesday.
Description: Mets catcher Travis d'Arnaud is definitely a solid catching option.
Insight: d'Arnaud got off to a hot start, but miss a few weeks earlier this season. He continues to hit over .290 and smacked a homer Saturday against Atlanta. d'Arnaud will continue to hit in the middle of the order, making him even more of a fantasy asset.
Description: Reds catcher Devin Mesoraco (hip) will undergo season-ending surgery.
Insight: No surprise here, as Mesoraco was hurt in April, and had issues catching ever since. He appeared briefly as a designated hitter when the Reds played in American League parks, but this move seemed imminent. Bryan Pena will continue to serve as the team's everyday catcher.
Description: Milwaukee catcher Jonathan Lucroy is not in Saturday's starting lineup.
Insight: It's just a routine day off after a night game for a catcher. Lucroy is hitting .233 with one home run and 11 RBI in 29 games, but he's a much better hitter than that and we expect him to turn it around soon. He's hit safely in six of his last seven games.
Description: Orioles catcher Matt Wieters is not in Saturday's starting lineup.
Insight: Wieters has played just 12 games this season after TJ surgery last summer and the team is giving him plenty of rest as he returns. He's batting .314 with a pair of homers and eight RBI. Caleb Joseph will make the start behind the plate.
Description: Saturday would probably be a good day to give Astros catcher Jason Castro the day off.
Insight: Castro is is 1-for-11, a single, with seven strikeouts versus Saturday's scheduled starter Taijuan Walker. Catro is batting .227 this season with seven homers and 15 RBI. Backup catcher Hank Conger is 2-for-2 against Walker.
Description: Indians catcher Yan Gomes is questionable for Saturday's game against Tampa Bay due to tightness in his neck.
Insight: Gomes has done little this season in limited action due to injuries. He's batting just .211 with two homers and six RBI in 24 games. Fantasy owners say him breakout last season with a career-high 21 homers and were hoping he could repeat that power surge in 2015. So far, not so much.
Description: Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina was 2-for-3 with a home run in the, 12-4, victory over the Phillies on Friday.
Insight: Molina hit his homer in the second inning to get the scoring started. The Cardinals led, 11-0 four and a half innings into the game. Molina is hitting .291 with two home runs and 23 RBI in 223 at-bats this season.

Description: Milwaukee catcher Jonathan Lucroy had an RBI-single in the, 3-2, loss to the Royals on Thursday.
Insight: Lucroy was 2-for-4 in the loss, hitting his RBI-single in the fifth to bring Milwaukee within a run. But that was the final run of the game. Lucroy is hitting .230 with one home run ad 10 RBI in 113 at-bats this season.
Description: Orioles catcher Matt Wieters will get a second day off in the last three games.
Insight: It's nice to be able to get a few extra days for the catcher who is returning from TJ surgery, and still win while playing what amounts to a minor league quality team in Philadelphia. Wieters has played just 10 games this season, batting .355 with a pair of homers and eight RBI.
Description: Texas catcher Robinson Chirinos hit a walk-off home run Tuesday against the Dodgers.
Insight: Texas had a 2-0 lead heading into the ninth, but Justin Turnertied it with a two-run shot. Chirinos picked up his team with a solo shot in the ninth to win it though. He is hitting .207 with six homers and 24 RBI.
