Butler hopes to build on PFL title

Indianapolis, IN (Sports Network) - Butler University has completed an 11-game football schedule for this year by adding a fifth home game against Taylor University on Sept. 20.

Taylor is an NAIA school in Upland, Ind.

Butler earned a share of the Pioneer Football League title last season and became the first team to represent the league in the FCS playoffs. The Bulldogs finished with a 9-4 record.

In addition to the game against Taylor, Butler will host PFL opponents Jacksonville (Sept. 27), San Diego (Oct. 18), Morehead State (Nov. 1) and Dayton (Nov. 15)
