LSU senior quarterback Zach Mettenberger will miss the Tigers' bowl game after suffering a knee injury that is believed to be a torn ACL and sprained MCL.
He was hurt in Friday's 31-27 victory over Arkansas.
Mettenberger left the field on crutches after having his leg pinned under a pass-rushing defender.
The specifics of Mettenberger's knee injury will not be disclosed by the school.
