           === George Vancouver wins Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf ===
 
 Arcadia,  CA (Sports  Network)  -  George Vancouver,  coming  in from  Europe,
 accelerated  down the  stretch  to  win Saturday's  $1  million Breeders'  Cup
 Juvenile  Turf to  begin the  second day  of the  29th World  Championships at
 Santa Anita Park.
 
 Trained by Aidan O'Brien, the 2-year-old colt shook loose from the competition
 at  the top of  the stretch in the mile event and went on to post a two-length
 victory over Noble Tune. Finishing third in the 14-horse field was Balance the
 Books with Dundonnell getting fourth.
 
 Ridden  by  Ryan Moore, George Vancouver  covered the distance in 1:33.78 on a
 firm turf course.
 
 The  victory is the second straight Juvenile Turf for both trainer and jockey.
 Last year, O'Brien and Moore combined with Wrote to take the race.
 
 George Vancouver, bred in Kentucky, earned $540,000 with his second career win
 in seven starts. The colt has now banked $700,000.
 
 George  Vancouver returned $20.60, $11.00 and $7.20. Noble Tune paid $6.00 and
