Description: While the Panthers have been disappointing this season, Cam Newton and company have a good chance to get things going in Week 11 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. | Insight: Newton has declined in multiple categories this season -- average passing yards, average rushing yards and touchdowns per game. However, Tampa Bay has allowed 20-plus points to opposing quarterbacks in five of nine games. Yes, the Buccaneers picked off Newton twice and held him to four rushing yards in Week 1 but they have since traded CB Aquib Talib and may be without CB Eric Wright (Achilles) this week. Steve Smith had one catch against the Broncos last Sunday, but Tampa Bay has given up the third most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts so make sure Smith is in your lineup as well.

Description: Carolina's Cam Newton threw for 241 yards on 21-of-36 passing Sunday against Denver. Description: Carolina's Cam Newton turned in another disappointing outing Sunday against Dallas. This time the second-year QB threw an interception and lost a fumble while completing only 21 of his 37 pass attempts. | Insight: Newton looked especially gloomy during his postgame press conference. The confidence he played with during his rookie season seems to have faded away. Newton has the skills to compete in this league but he's never going to get anywhere if he doesn't improve his composure in pressure situations. He'll look to get back on track next week against Chicago.

Description: Carolina QB Cam Newton played well Sunday in a loss to the Falcons, completing 15 of 24 passes for 215 yards and two touchdowns. He also carried the ball nine times for 86 yards on the ground. | Insight: Newton shook off a poor outing in Week 3 versus New York by limiting his turnovers and looking for his big tight end Greg Olsen (six catches, 89 yards) early and often. Next week, Newton and the 1-3 Panthers will play host to the 2-2 Seattle Seahawks.

Description: Panthers quarterback Cam Newton had a miserable night Thursday against the Giants, completing 16-of-30 for 242 yards and throwing three picks. | Insight: Newton also only rushed for six yards on six carries, though he did pick up a rushing score. The Carolina QB has rushed for less than 10 yards in two of three games this season. This is not how fantasy owners wanted to start their week.

Description: Quarterback Cam Newton recorded 253 yards through the air and ran for another 71 yards on the ground to lift Carolina to an upset victory over New Orleans on Sunday. | Insight: After struggling in the season opener, Newton was back to his electrifying self Sunday against the Saints, dazzling the crowd with a stunning 40-yard run in the first quarter before adding a five-yard rushing score late in the game to give the Panthers a 15-point lead. Consistency has been a bit of an issue for the 2011 Rookie of the Year but when he's on, Newton is one of the most dangerous offensive weapons in the game.

Description: According to Pat Kirwan of CBS Sports, Panthers coach Ron Rivera said quarterback Cam Newton will have no restrictions in the run game this season. | Insight: Rivera said Newton will get 6-7 runs per game and is the primary run threat in the red zone. We still expect Mike Tolbert to take away some carries from Newton around the goal line, but it's feasible that Newton can get to 10 rushing scores again.
