Description: Redskins tight end Logan Paulsen injured his knee and left the stadium wearing a brace, according to a Washington Post report.
Insight: Paulsen was starting because of injuries to Fred Davis and Jordan Reed. Niles Paul is the healthiest tight end available until Reed or Davis return, but his fantasy value is minimal.

Description: According to Tarik El-Bashir of Comcast SportsNet Washington, Redskins OC Kyle Shanahan said Logan Paulsen will be the No. 1 tight end with Fred Davis out.
Insight: Fred Davis tore his Achilles' tendon in Sunday's game and Paulsen got the majority of the work after that. The Redskins brought back Chris Cooley but it's clear they don't expect much from the veteran besides serving as depth. Davis wasn't much of a fantasy option before he got hurt and Paulsen likely won't be either.

Description: Redskins tight end Logan Paulsen caught four passes for 76 yards in Sunday's game against the Giants.
Insight: Fred Davis tore his Achilles' tendon in Sunday's game. Even though Paulsen is behind Niles Paul on the tight end depth chart, Paul had zero catches in the game to Paulsen's four. Neither player is a fantasy option right now since Washington has brought back Chris Cooley and has yet to define roles following Davis' injury.
