Description: Chiefs tight end Tony Moeaki (head) will play Sunday versus Denver.
Insight: After missing 2011-12 with a torn ACL, Moeaki has had a decent comeback season (31-432-1) considering the turmoil surrounding the Chiefs' passing game. However, he hasn't done enough to be relied upon as a TE2 Sunday.

Description: Chiefs tight end Tony Moeaki (head) is questionable Sunday after returning to practice on Friday.
Insight: After missing 2011-12 with a torn ACL, Moeaki has had a decent comeback season (31-432-1) considering the turmoil surrounding the Chiefs' passing game. However, he's not someone to trust in Week 17, even in two-TE leagues.

Description: There are unconfirmed reports that Chiefs TE Tony Moeaki could be out for the season with a torn ACL. Source: Jude Wilbers via Twitter
Insight: We're still awaiting word on final confirmation, but Wilbers appears pretty confident that this is the end result. Moeaki was still recovering from offseason surgery, so we don't know if it's the same knee or not. If this is the case, it's a big loss for the offense and opposing defenses can key in on Dwayne Bowe even more.

Description: Chiefs TE Tony Moeaki reportedly suffered a concussion against the Broncos. SOURCE: TWITTER
Insight: Moeaki suffered the injury on an onside kick near the end of the game. We will keep tabs on him this week in practice, but it looks like there is a chance he sits Week Eleven against the Cardinals. Considering the Chiefs had no chance of a comeback by then, there really wasn't any reason why they should have gone for the onside kick in the first place.

Description: As the season has progressed, Chiefs TE Tony Moeaki has been targeted less and less. In Week 8 through three quarters, Moeaki has yet to be targeted even one time.
Insight: This is not a good sign for a guy who has the talent to be a TE1, especially with all the injuries to stud TEs. Vernon Davis is hurt. Jermichael Finley and Dallas Clark are done for the year. Antonio Gates isn't 100%. Charlie Weis probably needs his head examined.

Description: The Chiefs signed rookie TE Tony Moeaki to a four-year contract. SOURCE: TWITTER
Insight: The star of spring practices, Moeaki will compete with Leonard Pope for the starting job. He is someone to keep an eye on, but don't think he will be the next Tony Gonzalez.
