Description: Colts receiver Reggie Wayne did nothing in Monday night's game against the Eagles.
Insight: Wayne was targeted seven times, but caught just three for 28 yards. Sad production after the optimism of his nine-catch, 98-yard season opener.

9/11/2014 2:04:00 PM
Description: Colts receiver Reggie Wayne did not practice on Thursday.
Insight: There is no cause for alarm. Wayne is just getting rest for his knee, and he looked very strong against the Broncos on Sunday night. The matchup against the Eagles, however, is not as strong as one might expect. Wayne will play in the slot in three-wide sets and Philadelphia's best cornerback, Brandon Boykin, will likely cover him.

8/23/2014 9:36:00 PM
Description: Colts receiver Reggie Wayne started in Saturday's preseason game but failed to catch his lone target.
Insight: Wayne still looked good in his first game action since tearing his ACL in Week 7 last year. Wayne caught two passes that were negated for penalties. There is a good chance he leads Indianapolis in catches this season and is a quality flex play in most leagues.

8/4/2014 1:36:00 PM
Description: Colts receiver Reggie Wayne, cleared for training camp, isn't likely to see action in the preseason opener.
Insight: Wayne tore his ACL in Week 7 and at 35-years-old won't see much work in the preseason. This shouldn't change his fantasy value as he knows all the plays and where to be. This should give rookie Donte Moncrief and veteran Hakeem Nicks more snaps.

7/23/2014 1:36:00 PM
Description: Colts receiver Reggie Wayne (knee) said he's been cleared for training camp, according to colts.com.
Insight: Wayne tore his ACL last October. The 35-year-old is a WR3 at best due to his age and lack of touchdowns the past three years (11 TDs in 39 games). He's being drafted in the eighth round.

6/17/2014 8:26:00 PM
Description: The Colts expect to have receiver Reggie Wayne (knee) back for the start of training camp, according to Phillip Wilson of the Indianapolis Star.
Insight: Coach Chuck Pagano said he would be "shocked" if that didn't happen. Wayne tore his ACL last October and missed OTAs, but he's been cleared for football activities. Draft the 35-year-old as a WR3 due to his age and lack of touchdowns the past three years (11 TDs in 39 games).

Description: Indianapolis receiver Reggie Wayne says he's way ahead of schedule in his recovery from ACL surgery. SOURCE: NFL.com
Insight: He also added that he expects to be fully cleared by April 25th. The Andrew Luck/Wayne tandem should be as dangerous as ever in 2014.

10/21/2013 12:02:00 PM
Description: Colts wideout Reggie Wayne suffered a torn ACL late in Sunday night's win over the Broncos, according to Adam Schefter.
Insight: Wayne fell awkwardly to the ground after going for a poorly thrown pass. The remainder of the Colts receiving corps will have to step up - T.Y. Hilton, Darrius Heyward-Bey, LaVon Brazill and tight end Coby Fleener.

10/21/2013 12:57:00 AM
Description: Colts wideout Reggie Wayne left Sunday night's game with a right knee sprain.
Insight: Wayne fell awkwardly to the ground after going for a poorly thrown pass. He walked off the field under his own power, but did not return. He had five catches for 50 yards. Fortunately, the Colts have a bye week coming up for him to recover and hopefully keep his long active streak alive.

9/29/2013 6:04:00 PM
Description: Colts wideout Reggie Wayne had his first 100-yard game of the season and also caught his second touchdown of the season Sunday against the Jaguars.
Insight: Wayne had two quiet games in a row after catching a touchdown in Week 1. The receiver averaged 12 targets per game in 2012 but he's down to 8.25 this season.

1/6/2013 8:44:00 PM
Description: Colts wideout Reggie Wayne led the way Sunday with nine catches for 114 yards.
Insight: Wayne was targeted 18 times but many of those throws were rushed as the Ravens' pass rush gave rookie quarterback Andrew Luck all he could handle. Wayne bounced back from a disappointing 2011 campaign by finishing seventh in the NFL in receiving yards this season (1,355).

Hot12/9/2012 7:21:00 PM
Description: Colts receiver Reggie Wayne 64 yards and a touchdown on six receptions Sunday versus Tennessee.
Insight: Wayne has been gobbling up catches and yards all season but the one area he's been lacking is touchdowns. He only has four scores on the season through 13 games.

Hot11/25/2012 4:56:00 PM
Description: Colts receiver Reggie Wayne hit the century mark in receiving yards Sunday against the Bills for the first time since he had 212 in Week 5 against the Packers.
Insight: Wayne grabbed eight balls for 102 yards and now has 84 receptions and 1,105 yards on the season. He's had five or more catches and at least 71 yards in all 11 games this season.

Hot10/8/2012 11:48:00 AM
Description: After Sunday's 212-yard effort, Colts wideout Reggie Wayne leads the NFL in receiving yards-per-game (126.5).
Insight: Apparently rumors of Wayne's "fantasy death" were greatly exaggerated. All he needed was a quarterback who could get him the ball. With rookie Andrew Luck under center Wayne should certainly produce his eighth 1,000-yard receiving season in the last nine years.

10/7/2012 4:48:00 PM
Description: Colts receiver Reggie Wayne had 13 receptions for 212 yards and a game-winning touchdown Sunday against the Packers.
Insight: Wayne has been a fantasy monster through four games, catching no less than six balls for no less than 71 yards in any of them. He's averaging a ridiculous 126.5 yards per game.

9/9/2012 5:05:00 PM
Description: Talented rookie QB Andrew Luck had a rough day in his first career game, completing 51.1 percent of his passes and throwing three interceptions, but he did help resurrect Reggie Wayne as a fantasy option. Wayne had nine catches for 135 yards in Week 1.
Insight: Wayne is on the decline but he still managed to total 960 yards last season with a bunch of scrubs playing the quarterback position. With Luck under center, expect Wayne to catch 80-plus passes and exceed 1,000 yards receiving.

3/14/2012 9:45:00 AM
Description: Reggie Wayne has agreed to a three-year deal that will keep him in Indianapolis. The deal is worth $17.5 million.
Insight: Many thought Wayne would end up wherever Peyton Manning signed, so his return to the Colts comes as a bit of a surprise. With Pierre Garcon and Dallas Clark out of the picture, Wayne should receive more targets than anyone when Andrew Luck takes over at quarterback next season.

1/31/2011 11:04:00 AM
Description: Before playing in his fifth straight Pro Bowl Sunday, Wayne told Colts.com that he's most proud of starting 150 consecutive games.
Insight: Therein lies the biggest value point on Wayne for fantasy owners. He's not nearly the most explosive wideout around, but when you're on the field every week and playing with Peyton Manning, you're bound to deliver fantasy points. (RapidDraft.com)

1/9/2011 4:57:00 PM
Description: Colts WR Reggie Wayne was frustrated with his role, or lack of a role, in the loss against the Jets. SOURCE: INDIANAPOLIS STAR
Insight: "I should have watched the game like everybody else. I was irrelevant." One catch - One Yard; this was Wayne's stat-line Saturday night against a Jets defense that, as expected, had Darrelle Revis shadow Wayne all game long. Wayne has a right to be frustrated, but this will be a non-story in a week.

1/7/2011 12:05:00 PM
Description: Wayne missed practice Thursday, listed with a knee ailment.
Insight: He practiced Wednesday, though, and there's no reason to believe Wayne will be iffy at all for the weekend. As a veteran Colt, he misses practice time pretty much every week. (RapidDraft.com)
