Notes:
Considered by many to be one of the top quarterback options in this year's draft, Stafford was a Second Team All-SEC selection in 2008 when he threw for 3,459 yards and a school-record 25 touchdowns, against 10 interceptions for the Georgia Bulldogs...Established a new program record for total offense in a single season with 3,499 yards, his passing total ranking second all-time at UG...A finalist for the Manning Award and a semifinalist for the Davey O'Brien Award as a junior, Stafford was named the MVP of the Capital One Bowl after throwing for 250 yards and tying a school bowl record with threetouchdowns...Started all 13 games as a sophomore for Georgia, throwing for 2,523 yards and 19 touchdowns as he completed almost 56 percent of his attempts for the program...Began career at the collegiate level in 2006 when he appeared in all 13 games for the Bulldogs, starting eight, and was credited with 1,749 yards, but had nearly twice as many interceptions (13) as he did touchdowns (seven)...Has great size for the position and possesses a strong arm, but his decision making has been brought into question, as has his propensity for turning the ball over.
