Cavaliers hold off Bulls

Columbus, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - Kyrie Irving had 28 points and seven assists as the Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Chicago Bulls 107-98 in preseason action.

Anderson Varejao posted 22 points and eight rebounds, LeBron James tallied 18 points, seven boards and six assists and Kevin Love added nine points and 13 rebounds for Cleveland.

Derrick Rose netted 30 points on 12-of-18 shooting, while Pau Gasol and Taj Gibson supplied 12 points apiece for the Bulls.
