NCAA Game Summary - Oregon at Stanford

Final Score: Oregon 68, Stanford 64

Palo Alto, CA (Sports Network) - E.J. Singler put in 20 points and became the 31st player in team history to reach the 1,000 point pleat eau, as the Oregon Ducks downed the Stanford Cardinal 68-64 in at Pac-12 conference tilt at Maples Pavilion.

Olu Ashaolu had a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds while Devoe Joseph finished with 12 points for Oregon (19-8, 10 Pac-12) which has won three of its last four.

Josh Owens paced Stanford (18-9, 8-7) with 20 points while Dwight Powell chipped in 11 and Aaron Bright handed out seven assists.

Stanford led 31-28 at intermission by shooting at a 46.2 percent clip while holding Oregon to just 39.3 percent from the field in the first twenty minutes.

The Ducks trailed 60-56 with 5:23 left but Singler then scored 10 straight points capped by a three pointer with 2:47 remaining to put Oregon ahead 66-64. Neither team recorded a field goal the rest of the way and two Joseph free throws in the in the final seconds sealed the win for the Ducks.

Oregon outrebounded Stanford by a 37-32 margin and also outscored the Cardinal 16-5 on second chance points.
