Description: The Senators have traded Jason Spezza to the Stars along with Ludvig Karlsson for Alex Guptill, Nicholas Paul, Alex Chiasson and a 2015 second-round pick.
Insight: This is the second straight offseason the Stars have acquired a frontline center. Spezza is likely to center the team's second line with free-agent acquisition Ales Hemsky at right wing. He shouldn't lose any fantasy value from the move.

Insight: We've heard rumblings about this for a while so it isn't exactly breaking news that Spezza wants out of Ottawa. He was 14th among centers in scoring this year with 66 points in 75 games.
