San Antonio, TX (Sports Network) - San Antonio Spurs forward Tim Duncan continues to deal with a sore left knee that will keep him out of Wednesday's game against the Bobcats.

The 36-year-old Duncan will miss his fourth straight game due to the injury. He is averaging 17.5 points and 9.8 rebounds per game.

San Antonio will also be without center DeJuan Blair (right knee) on Wednesday.
