NCAA Game Summary - San Diego State at Hawaii

Honolulu, HI (SportsNetwork.com) - Adam Muema scored on a two-yard touchdown run in overtime to lift the San Diego State Aztecs to a 28-21 win over the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors in Mountain West Conference action from Aloha Stadium.
Muema rushed for 163 yards and the winning score on 24 carries for San Diego State (6-4, 5-2 MWC), which has won six of its last seven games. Quinn Kaehler threw for 265 yards and a score on 17-of-34 passing. Colin Lockett had 106 yards and a touchdown on four receptions and Ezell Ruffin also had four catches to total 99 yards.
Joey Iosefa had a school-record 37 carries on which he picked up 150 yards and a touchdown for Hawaii (0-10, 0-7). Sean Schroeder threw for 194 yards and two touchdowns on 18-of-36 passing but was also guilty of one interception.
Iosefa scored on a five-yard touchdown run late in the first quarter to give the Rainbow Warriors a 7-0 advantage.
The Aztecs tied the score at 7-7 with a 56-yard touchdown pass from Kaehler to Lockett.
The Rainbow Warriors jumped back out in front on a 31-yard touchdown pass from Schroeder to Harold Moleni.
Donnel Pumphrey recorded a 30-yard touchdown run early in the third quarter to pull the Aztecs even with the Rainbow Warriors.
Iosefa scored his second touchdown of the game, this time on an eight-yard pass from Schroeder.
Chad Young scored on a 14-yard touchdown run with more than two minutes to play to tie the game and with neither team able to score before regulation came to an end, the contest went to overtime.
Muema rushed for 35 yards, including the go-ahead touchdown, on three carries as the Aztecs had the ball first in overtime. The Rainbow Warriors were unable to answer as they remained winless on the season.
