England wins toss, bowls in tri-series T20 vs. New Zealand

WELLINGTON, New Zealand (AP) England won the toss and elected to bowl Tuesday in the Trans-Tasman Tri-Series Twenty20 cricket international against New Zealand at the Wellington Regional Stadium.
Jos Buttler will again lead England as regular captain Eoin Morgan remains unavailable with a groin strain. Frontline bowlers Liam Plunkett and Mark Wood return to England's lineup after missing its most recent match against Australia.
Batsman Mark Chapman and wicketkeeper Tim Siefert will make their debuts for New Zealand. Chapman becomes a dual international after previously representing Hong Kong.
Australia has already qualified for the tri-series final after posting two wins over England and one over New Zealand.
